CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1        Case FIR No.108/15 dated 31/07/15  U/S  39 of  HP  Excise Act has been registered in  P.S. Gohar  by  ASI Jeet Singh that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials  at Chattri and during the course of  checking of Vehicle (HP34C-2014) he recovered  120  Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Bhagat Singh  S/O Sh. Puran Chand  R/O  Bhamarar PO  Chattri Tehsil  Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI   Jeet  Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is investigating  the case.  

 CASE OF  RIOTING , OBSTRUCTNG  WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 87/15 dated 1/08/15  U/S 147, 149, 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Bhupender Singh  S/O Sh. Inder Singh  R/O  Bhanwas PO  Jarol Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/07/15  Door Singh, Suresh ,  Ram Krishan  came alongwith  other persons  and    obstructed his way and beat him  up and also threatened  with dire consequences . ASI  Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

 

3        Case FIR No. 168/15 dated 01/08/15  U/S 283  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar  by  HC Amrit  Lal No. 413  I.O. of PP  Kotli  that on 01/08/15   he was on  patrolling alongwith  other police officials at  Kotli  Bazaar  and  during the  course of  patrolling   he found that a  rehari   was  laid on the road  by  Labh Singh  S/O Sh. Soju Ram  R/O  Kasan PO  Saigalu Tehsil Kotli  Distt. Mandi (HP)  which was causing  obstruction  to the general public as well as  traffic .  HC  Amrit  Lal  No. 413   I.O. of PP  Kotli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4        Case FIR No. 79/15  dated 31/07/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar by  ASI  Khalil Ahmad I/C of PP  Nihari that on 31/07/15  he was on patrolling  alongwith other police officials   at  Kamta and during the course of patrolling  he recovered 2250  ML  Illicit  Liquor from the possession of  Sh.  Joginder Singh  S/O Sh.  Moti Ram  R/O  Tikar  PO  Nihari  Tehsil Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) .  ASI  Khalil Ahmad  I/C of  PP Nihari is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCES   AGAINST   PUBLIC SERVANT   AND HURT

 

5        Case FIR No. 201/15 dated 31/07/15  U/S 353, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh.  Bhup Singh  S/O Sh. Amar Singh   presently  working as HHG  at   ATC  Baggi that on 31/07/15  he was  deployed  for  R.P.  Duty  at  complex  and during  his duty  Chetan & Happy   beat him up  and  he sustained  injuries .  HC  Dharmender No. 77  I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

 

 6       Case FIR No. 202/15  dated 31/07/15  U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Hetu  S/O Sh. Kanahya R/O  Soyra PO  Balt Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/07/15  Kisan  Chand  &  Netar Singh  obstructed his way and beat him up.  HC   Dharamender  No. 77 I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating  the case .

 

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

7        Case FIR No.203/15 dated 31/07/15  U/S 341, 323 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt.  Leela Devi   W/O Sh. Manoj Kumar R/O  Samlehar PO  Kothi  Tehsil  Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 31/07/15  Badha Devi  , Mathra Devi  &   Urmila Devi  obstructed  her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI   Rajesh  Kumar I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

8        Case FIR No.204/15  dated 31/04/15  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Shesh Ram S/O Sh. Prem Sukh R/O Chhangehar PO  Khakhrianan Tehsil Balh  Distt. Mandi (HP)  that on  31/07/15  Jagdish Chand  resident of same locality  obstructed  his way and beat him up and he sustained  injuries and  also threatened  with dire consequences .  ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

9        Case FIR No.199/15  dated 31/07/15  U/S 451, 447, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nirmal Koundal W/O Sh. Kamleshwar Singh  R/O  Jarol  Tehsil  Sundernagar  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/07/15  Lekh Ram ,  Murari entered in    the courtyard of his home  and threatened   him with  dire consequences .  ASI  Brij Lal  I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

10      134  Challans were issued under  M.V. Act  and fine of Rs.23,900/-  was recovered  and 8 challans were issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 800/- was  recovered during  last 24 hours.
