CRIME REPORT 02 AUG.


CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1          Case FIR No. 205/15 dated 02/08/15  U/S 279  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh  by  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64  I.O. of P.S. Balh   that on  01/08/15   on a telephonic  information he went on the spot  at Bagla  and  found that    two  Cars(HP33D-0102) &(HP28A-2443)  was  collided  to each other  at Bagla  due to rash  driving of both drivers of said  cars . HC  Rajesh  Kumar No. 64  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2          Case FIR No. 109/15 dated 01/08/15  U/S 39  HP Excise Act   has been registered in P.S. Gohar by  SI  Lal Singh  that on 01/08/15 he was on patrolling  alongwith other police  officials  at  Masog  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  5 Ltr. Illicit  Liquor from the  possession of  Smt.  Rangeela W/O Sh. Tek Chand  R/O  Masog Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) .   SI  Lal Singh SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING , HURT  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 88/15  dated 02/08/15  U/S 147, 149, 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on  the complaint of  Sh.  Bhagat Ram  R/O  Ichhani  PO  Bandi  Sub- Tehsil  Aut  Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/08/15  he was  present  at home , in the mean  time   Bansi Lal , Pappu, Gulab Singh,  Dhayanu  Devi  &  Chamalu Devi  all  the resident of  same  locality   came  there  and beat him  alongwith his  wife  Sheema Devi and they  both  sustained injuries.  ASI   Hari  Singh  I.O. of  P.S.  Aut is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF   OBSTRUCTING WAY

4         Case FIR No.192/15 dated 02/08/15  U/S  341 IPC has  been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of  Sh. Manoj Kumar  S/O Sh. Kuldeep Ram R/O  Ropa  Thathar PO  Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/08/15  Ashwani Kumar  obstructed  the way of his vechle(HP01M-1470).  ASI  Thakur Dass I.O. of PP  Hatli is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

5         130  Challans were issued under  MV Act and  fine of Rs. 17,100 was recovered  and 12 challans  were issued under  COTPA and fine of Rs. 1400 was recovered  during  last 24 hours.
