CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 110/15 dated 02/08/15 U/S 341,323, 504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Alam Chand S/O Sh. Kesav Ram R/O Village Sangrut PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi HP that on 01/08/15 at about 4:20 PM Smt. Vidya Devi W/O Bhim Singh R/O Village Seglu PO & Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi HP obstructed his way, threaten and beat him up. HC Birbal I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 200/15 dated 02/08/2015 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh S/O Sh. Hariman R/O Khanyod PO-Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi HP that on dated 02/08/2015 at about 5:30PM when he was going to his home at Dhawal Kiran Kumar S/O Dahlu Ram R/O Khanyod PO-Dhawal Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi HP obstructed his way abused him and beat him up. ASI Rajinder Singh I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 193/15 dated 02/08/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise ACT has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by SI Rajesh Kumar that he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Nounu and during the course of patrolling he recovered 3 Bottles of Country Liquor , 2 Bottles of English Wine & 3 Bottles of Beer from the possession of Kali Dass S/O Devi Singh R/O Nounu (Ropari) PO Ropari Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi HP. SI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
4 125 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24500/- was recovered and 09 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100 was recovered and 02 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
