CRIME REPORT ON 30 AUGUST

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

  1. Case FIR No. 220/15 dated 29/08/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sher Singh R/O Village Nalsar Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 29/08/2015 at about 6:45 PM a motorcycle No. HP 33B-7449 was coming from Baggi towards Nalsar and an other Motorcycle No. HP 31A-9138 was  coming from Nalsar side very rashly and  hit motocycle No. HP 33B-7449. SI Vikas Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      A case FIR No. 125/15 dated 30/8/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Dhani Ram  S/O  Dagu Ram R/O Kataru PO Sanglabara Tehsil Thunag distt. Mandi HP that on  29/8/15 at 8:00 PM a m/cycle No. HP 33B-1465 hit a child and ran away from the spot. In this incident Child sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar  I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
3.   Case FIR No. 190/15 dated 29/8/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh Thakur  S/O Lt. Sh. Gulab Singh R/O VPO Shivabadar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on  29/8/15 at about 5:25 PM he was crossing the road at Teen Pipal with his family  then a m/cycle No. HP33T-8722 came very rashly and  hit his son Ishan Thakur. His son Ishan Thakur  sustained injuries in this accident. HC Yash Pal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT
4.       Case FIR No. 223/15 dated30/8/15 U/S 353,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Harnam Singh S/O Sh. Hirda Ram R/O VPO Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP  that he is working in HPPWD Section Ropri and on 29/8/15 at about 5:20PM when he was on duty at Kuther at that time Sita Ram S/O Ludar and his wife Sarla Devi obstructed him and  abused him. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS
5.     184 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 26300/- Was recovered and 25 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2600/- Was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 5000/- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
