CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1. Case FIR No. 223/15 dated 03/09/2015 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered at PS Balh by ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Rewaslar  that on 03/09/2015 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Hawanu and during the course of patrolling he received information that a Tractor No. (HP 65-3311) fell down from  the road near Hawanu. On this he reached on the spot and came to know that   Driver Pawan Kumar S/O Sohan Singh R/O Village Dahanu PO Sidhyani Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP died on the  spot. ASI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP Rewalsar is investigating the case. 

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1. Case FIR NO. 197/15 dated 3/9/15  U/S 20,21,29  ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi  by ASI Ram  Lal I/C PP City Mandi  that on  03/09/15 he was on patrolling/nakabandi  along with Police officials at Pulgharat at about 7:15PM and during the course of  checking of vehicle he recovered 06 grams Charas from the  possession of  Shyam Lal and 0.400mg Smack from the possession of Hitesh Rana both were boarded a Car (HR51-AR-2655).  ASI Ram Lal I/C PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

1. Case FIR No. 195/15 dated 03/09/15 U/S 324 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Sh. Bhagat Ram S/O Sh. Amar Singh R/O Village Baryara Tehsil Kotli Distt Mandi (HP) that on 02/09/15 at about 01:00PM when he was grazing his goats in the forest land at that time Meera devi came there and beat him up with a heavy stick and he sustained injuries. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C PP Kotli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 54/15 dated 04/09/15 U/S 341,323,504,506,34 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Hirda Ram S/O Sh. Fiddu Ram Vill. Kumharda PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that today Pankaj S/O Sh. Ram Saran and Gopal S/O Sh. Dhani Ram R/O Kumharda PO Pehad Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi obstructed his way and beat him up. They also threaten him with dire consequences. HC Sarwan Kumar  I/O PS Dharampur is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1. 281 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 31300/- Was recovered and  07 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 900/- Was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act during last 24 hours.
