1 Case FIR No. 175/15 dated 17/11/15 U/S 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Roop Lal S/O Sh. Todar Ram R/O Port PO Jahal Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi(HP) that on 13/11/15 when he was coming to his home , in the mean time Kaul Singh S/O Sh. Sadhu Ram resident of same locality beat him up and threatened him with dire consequences . HC Om Prakash No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 278/15 dated 16/11/15 U/S 447, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Sunita Devi W/O Sh. Hariman R/O Upper Baroti Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 16/11/15 he was present at Upper Baroti, in the mean time Ramanand, Jamna, Alka resident of same locality entered in his field and threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 280/15 dated 17/11/15 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Dalbir Singh VPO Katola Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) at present Watchman Graveyard Chandpur P.O. Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/11/15 Dass Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. HC Bhal Chand No. 542 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
4 Case FIR No. 279/15 dated 16/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Dehar that on 16/11/15 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Namol and during the course of patrolling he recovered 550 ML English Wine & 3550 ML Country Liquor from the possession of Rattan Lal S/O Sh. Churhu Ram R/O Namol Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) ASI Brij Lal I/C of PP Dehar is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING , HURT AND CRIMNAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 128/15 dated 16/11/15 U/S 147, 149, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Pushap Raj S/O Sh. Naryan Dass R/O Bada Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 14/11/15 when he alongwith his mother Sita Devi were returning to his home from village Rangcha, in mean time Bhumesh, Tejinder, Gayatari, Ram Lal , LudharMani, Tek Singh , Devinder, Geeta Nand & Chobe Ram beat him alongwith his mother and they sustained injuries and also threatened them with dire consequences. HC Durga Dass No. 408 I.O. of PP Balichowki is investigating the case.
CASE OF HURT
6 Case FIR No. 281/15 dated 16/11/15 U/S 323, 325 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Harish Kumar S/O Sh. Gopal Singh R/O Manyana PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 08/11/15 Krishan Chand beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Sanjeev Kumar No. 69 I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 282/15 dated 17/11/15 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Ramesh Chand S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Badrog PO Naswal Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP) that he is driver with Bus (HP34A-8637) . On 16/11/15 he was on Manali to Chandigarh route alongwith said Bus and when they reached near Pandoh Dam , in the mean time another Bus (HP65-1536) came rashly and hit said bus due to which two passengers sustained injuries. HC Yash Pal No. 14 I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
8 216 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 17000/- was recovered and 17 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered and 3 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
