CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 177/15 dated 18/11/15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the statement of Sh. Hukam Singh S/O Sh. Bhoop Singh R/O Vill. Dharot Dhar P.O. Kandha Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/15 he was going to Kandha by vehicle (HP32B-1768) and a car (HP34A-5226) was going ahead to his vehicle and when said car reached at place Throt Galu in mean time said car fell 150 feet down from the road. Fateh Singh S/O Sh. Dole Ram driver and other three occupants of said car sustained injuries and Kishni Devi W/O Sh. Dhani Ram 65 years old was declared brought dead by M.O CHC Gohar. ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 124/15 dated 18/11/15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony by ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri that on 18/11/15 at about 12:30 PM he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Kutahachi and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18000 ML country liquor from the possession of Amar Singh S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O VPO Kutahachi Sub Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi HP. ASI Khalil Ahmad is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 285/15 dated 18/11/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Bhup Singh S/O Sh. Krishan Chand Village Matyahal PO Kot Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 18/11/2015 at about 12:30PM he was going by his scooter (HP33A-1693) and when he reached near Pandoh Dam at that time a Centro car (HP33B-3088) came very rashly from wrong side and hit him and he sustained injuries. HC Yashpal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

Chuharu Ram R/O Nalsar PO Rajgarh Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 19/11/2015 at about 12:45 PM he was standing outside the HDFC Bank at Nerchowk at that time a motorcycle (HP 31A-6167) came from Sundernagar side and hit a girl namely Rajni Kumari and fled away from the spot. HC Naresh Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that Pinku resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rakesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

12 Case FIRNO. 183/15 dated 18/11/15 U/S 420, 466, 467, 471, 120(B) IPC has bee registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the written complaint of Sh. Sohan Lal S/O Sh. Roop Lal Sharma R/O Luxmi Bazzar Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that some unknown person made a forged deed No. 266 dated 10/10/1983 before sub- registrar Distt. Mandi by transferring his valuable land and raised load by above forged deed . SI Sandeep Choudhary is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
13 159 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24,600/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 4500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
