CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1. Case FIR No. 119/15 dated 9/11/15 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC been registered in PS BSL Colony on the complaint of Sh. Joginder Pal S/O Mohan Singh Village Chhandyara, PO Pangna, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi (HP) that on 9/11/15 at about 12:30 AM a Bolero jeep (HP30-0963) met with an accident near Gharatnala . in this accident driver Om Prakash R/O Chhandyara was found dead on the spot and another one sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
2. Case FIR No. 306/15 dated 09/11/2015 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bharti S/O Sh. Haru R/O VPO Darbehar, PO Rajwari, Tehsil Balh, District Mandi (HP) that on 08/11/2015 at about 8:00 PM he was coming to his home at that time Tej Singh R/O Darbehar obstructed his way, beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Dharmender Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3. 139 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 16300/- was recovered and 17 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
