CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 55/15 dated 29/04/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has beenregistered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Rajni Devi W/O Sh. Sanjeev Kumar R/O Vill. Bhalendra PO Bhararu Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 29/04/2015 when she was going on the road side near Army Canteen Jogindernagar, in the mean time a M/Cycle rider came very rashly from Jogindernagar side and hit her and she sustained injuries. ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2. Case FIR NO. 32/15 dated 29/04/2015 U/S 324,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Raj Kumar S/O Sh. Megh Singh R/O Vill. Nashdhara PO Kufri Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 28/04/2015 Megh Singh attached upon him with sharp weapon and also beat him up. HC Roop Lal No. 56 I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3. Case FIR No. 104/15 dated 29/04/2015 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Arun Singh S/O Sh. Kuldeep Chand R/O VPO Chowki Tehsil Nurpur Distt. Kangra (HP) that he is posted as driver with New Prem Bus (HP68-5959) and  on 29/04/2015 he was on his way with with said bus which on its way from Kangra to Shimla route and when said bus reached near Dadaur, a scooty (HP31A-5091) came from wrong side and struck with said bus. Mandi (HP) that on 29/04/15  a Truck ( PB32E-9091) which  was  driven  by  Baljit Singh  S/O  Mohan Singh  R/O  Sanjay Nagar Bradari Distt. Breali (UP)   came  rashly from   Manali side  and hit  a  Car (HP34-0138) which was  coming from opposite side  and driver of said car  namely  Dinanath S/O Sh. Geharu Ram  R/O  Hansu PO Panarsa Sub- Tehsil Aut  Distt. Mandi   sustained injuries .  ASI  Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND THEFT

2          Case FIR No. 113/14 dated 28/04/15  U/S 447, 379 IPC  has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.  Kaulan Devi  W/O  Late. Sh. Nek Ram  R/O  Kuther  PO  Dev Brarta Tehsil  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  on 12/04/15  Khazanna Ram  resident of the same locality  entered in her land the   axed  the  Jamun Tree with the help of Laborers. HC Vijay  Kumar  I.O. of   P.S. Mandi (HP) that on 28/04/15  his  mother Jatti  Devi  was cutting   grass , in the mean time some unknown  persons  fired  a gunshot  and some particles of said gunshot  hit  to his  mother .  HC  Durga Dass  I.O. of P.S. CASE OF EXCISE ACT

2        Case FIR No. 85/15 dated 27/04/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I/C of PP City  that on 27/04/15  he was on parolling alongwith other police officials at Sakodi Bridge and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered 4500 ML  Country Liquor  from the possession of   Pankaj  Kumar  S/O Sh. Bayas Dev  R/O 177/04 Suhara Mohalla Mandi (HP) .  SI  Sandeep  Sharma  I/C of PP City is investigating the case.

3        Case FIR No. 54/15 dated 28/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC & U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Joginderngar  on the complaint of Smt. Soma Devi   W/O Sh. CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2        Case FIR No.84/15  dated 26/04/15  U/S  364 (A)  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Deepak  Kumar S/O Sh. Madan Lal R/O  Chalwana PO Loharghat Tehsil  Nalagrah Distt. Solan (HP)  that his  father  works as a laborer supplier  with  Contractor  Partap  Singh.  Said  Contractor  did not pay money   to the laborers  hence  Mohanmad Sahid  alongwith his friends  kidnapped  his father  and also demanded  for  money .  ASI  Anand Kishore  I.O. of P.S. 1          Case FIR No. 39/15 dated 25/04/15  U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has  been registered  in P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar by  SI  Manmohan Singh  SHO of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar that  on 25/04/15  he was on  patrolling alongwith other police officials  and during the course of patrolling he recovered  295  Gram  Charas (Cannabis)  from  the  possession of  a pedestrian  namely  Smt.  Brijesh Koushik W/O Sh. Raj  Kumar   R/O  House No. 351 Shiv  Puram Mohakampur Delhi Road  Tehsil  Marat ( UP) .  Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  SI Manmohan Singh SHO of P.S. BSL Colony  Sundernagar.

Vishal Bhardwaj R/O  Khudali  Sher    Sector No.11(CHD)  that on  24/04/15  she was  going to   Manali  by   Car  (CH01AR-6261)   which was driven by  Saravjeet Singh  and when  they reached near  Takoli , in the mean time  an Auto (HP66-0232) which was  driven by  Chetru Ram   came rashly from Kullu side and  hit   said car  and  all  the occupants of both  vehicles  sustained injuries.  ASI Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Karsog  that on 24/04/15  a Car (  HP30A-0141)  met with an accident  at  Chaloag  due to rash   driving   driver of said car and  and two sustained injuries and  a  female  died in this mishap.  HC  Tej Singh  I.O. of P.S. Mandi (HP)  that on 21/04/15  he was present  near DAV School Khaliyar, in the mean time  a Car(HP39A-3842)  came from the Padhar side and hit another  Car( PB11AQ-8575)  and  passengers of   Car( HP39A-3842)  sustained injuries in  this  mishap.  SI  Sandeep  Sharma I/C of PP City  Mandi is investigating the case.

4          Case FIR No.109/15 dated 21/04/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Atul  Sharma S/O Sh.  Tek Chand  R/O  Bhalwan PO  Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 21/04/15  a  Nano Car came rashly  and  hit  his car and  a Motor  Cycle  rider  and  they  are  sustained injuries.  ASI  Naresh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  POLICE –PUBLIC-CONNECT

1        After   the inauguration ceremony of   Police Post Nihari, Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS,  Worthy   Superintendent of Police Mandi alongwith  Sh. Rajesh Kumar, HPS , Deputy Superintendent of Police  Mandi (HQ)  &   Sh. Kulbhushan Verma, HPS,  SDPO Sundernagar  visited   at  Police Post  Pangna  and  PAR ( Police Assistance  Room)   Tattapani  under  community  policing  Scheme. Sh. Mohit Chawla, IPS   Worthy Superintendent of Police Mandi   interacted with   general masses  of  local areas and  also  discussed   with  Sh.  Dhameshwar Ram,  Pradhan,  Gram Panchayat  Jhungi &   Sh.  Kundal  Lal,  Pradhan, Gram Panchayat  Tattapani   on   raising   water  level of   Koldam.

Mandi (HP)  that on 18/04/15  he  alongwith  Lal Singh,  Shish Ram, Vir Singh &  Neter Singh  were  going to home by  Private Bus(HP65-2343)  which was driven by  Om Chand  and when they reached near  Kataru, in the mean  time  driver of said Bus lost the control on  the said  due to  rash  driving and met with an accident   and he alongwith 6 occupants sustained injuries in this mishap.  ASI  Jeet  Singh  I/C of PP Janjehli is  investigating  the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 18/04/15  a Motor Cycle(HP33D-1227) came rashly  from Purani Mandi  towards Victoriya Bridge and hit a pedestrian  and   said  pedestrian sustained injuries. HC Bhagat  Ram No. 905  I.O. of PP  City Mandi is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that  on  19/04/15  Pawan Kumar   resident of same  locality obstructed  her  way  and beat  her   and  her father. ASI  Jagdish  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.

5       Case FIR No. 40/15  dated 19/04/15  U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut   by ASI  Chaman Lal  I.O. of P.S. Aut  that during the intervening  night of 18/19-04-15  on a telephonic information he   went on the spot and found that a   Tata Sumo(HP33T-9495)  was  felling  down   into  Bias River  from  the road and   two occupants  Jiwan Parkash S/O  Sh. Hattam Ram  R/O  Nagwain Sub-Tehsil Aut  Distt.  Mandi  &  Devika  D/O  Sh Dile Ram( Nepali  Resident)   presently residing   at  Kushum Lata Sood  Akhara Bazzar  Distt. Kullu (HP)  were  found dead  inside   said  vehicle.  ASI Chaman Lal I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating  the case.
