CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1. Case FIR No. 224/15 dated 30/8/15 U/S 341,323 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prithi Pal S/O Late Sh. Shankar Dass R/O VPO Fatehpur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP that he was going to his home and  on the way his son Nurata Ram obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Rajesh Kumar I/O PS Satkaghat is investigating the case.

    

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.      Case FIR No 222/15 dated 30/8/15 U/S 336,337,427 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mani Ram S/O Sahdu Ram R/O Jagtar PO Saroya Tehsil Chachiot Distt Mandi that on  28/08/15 at about 11:00 PM he was going towards Chandigarh by Bolero Pick Up No. HP65-4209  and when he reached near Ropdi a  big stone fell on his jeep from the peak due to ongoing progress of roadwork which is doing by ILFS Company. In this incedent 2 persons sustained injuries. S I Manmohan Singh I/O P S Sundernagar is investigating the case.

3.        187 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 24100/- was recovered and 15 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1500/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 7000/- was recovered during last 24 hours.

1. Case FIR No. 220/15 dated 29/08/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Hans Raj S/O Sher Singh R/O Village Nalsar Tehsil Balh District Mandi HP that on 29/08/2015 at about 6:45 PM a motorcycle No. HP 33B-7449 was coming from Baggi towards Nalsar and an other Motorcycle No. HP 31A-9138 was  coming from Nalsar side very rashly and  hit motocycle No. HP 33B-7449. SI Vikas Kumar I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

2.      A case FIR No. 125/15 dated 30/8/15 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Dhani Ram  S/O  Dagu Ram R/O Kataru PO Sanglabara Tehsil Thunag distt. Mandi HP that on  29/8/15 at 8:00 PM a m/cycle No. HP 33B-1465 hit a child and ran away from the spot. In this incident Child sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar  I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

3.   Case FIR No. 190/15 dated 29/8/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sher Singh Thakur  S/O Lt. Sh. Gulab Singh R/O VPO Shivabadar Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on  29/8/15 at about 5:25 PM he was crossing the road at Teen Pipal with his family  then a m/cycle No. HP33T-8722 came very rashly and  hit his son Ishan Thakur. His son Ishan Thakur  sustained injuries in this accident. HC Yash Pal I/O PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

4.       Case FIR No. 223/15 dated30/8/15 U/S 353,504,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Harnam Singh S/O Sh. Hirda Ram R/O VPO Brarta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi HP  that he is working in HPPWD Section Ropri and on 29/8/15 at about 5:20PM when he was on duty at Kuther at that time Sita Ram S/O Ludar and his wife Sarla Devi obstructed him and  abused him. ASI Naresh Kumar I/O PS Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1Case FIR No. 219/15 dated 29/08/15 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Murari Lal S/O Nauni Ram R/O Village Garshaida PO Suchehan Tehsil Sainj District Kullu HP that on 28/08/2015 at about 8:30 PM, he parked his car No. HP 49-1083 (Maruti 800), near petrol pump Nerchowk. A car No. HP 31-8014 came very rashly from Mandi Side and turn towards petrol  pump side without indication and hit a motorcycle No. HP 33D 1670 which was coming from sundernagar side.  After collision the motor cycle hit the car of complainant. 1. Case FIR No. 78/15 Dated 29-08-2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered  at PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Jai Dev Sharma S/O Sh. Ruldu Ram R/O VPO Kunnu Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi that on  29-08-2015 at 5:15 AM when he was outside of his shop at Kunnu, then a Pickup Jeep No. HP69-0423 came from Mandi side  very rashly and  hit him and he  sustained injuries and admitted to ZH Mandi. 1. A Case FIR No 123/15 dated 29-8-15 U/S- 20 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS  Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that he was  on patrolling along with other Police Staff at Dhiyan and during the course of patrolling he found 10,000 Cannabis  plants in the Fields of Lalu S/O Sh. Abhi Ram R/O Luratan PO Khunachi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

1. A Case FIR No. 124/15 dated 29-8-15 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered at PS Gohar by ASI Jeet Singh that he was  on patrolling along with other Police Staff at Dhiyan and during the process of patrolling he found 9,000 Cannabis  plants in the Fields of Chandu S/O Sh. Abhi Ram R/O Luratan PO khunachi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 122/15 dated 28-8-15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC has been registered at PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Partap Singh S/O Sh. Alam Chand R/O Mihach PO Khunachi Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi  that on 28-8-15 at about 12:30 AM a  Car No. HP34B-3993 fell down 250 feet from the road near Chiupanni. In this accident a person namely Rishi Raj @ Raju died on the spot and 3 persons were injured. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by driver Ashish Kumar @ Santosh. 1. Case FIR No. 96/15  dated 28-8-2015 U/S 279,337 IPC  has been registered at PS Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hira Chand Nalwa S/O Shobha Ram VPO & Tehsil Keylong Distt L/S at Present Naib Tehsildar Aut Distt Mandi H.P. that on  28-8-2015 he has gone for a Morning walk towards Banala and at that time a jeep No UK07Z-4050 Bolero came from Aut side very rashly and  hit  Bus No HP49-0825. In this accident the driver of said Jeep and  some other  Persons sustained injuries. ASI Subhash Chand I/O P.S Aut is investigating the case.

Case FIR No. 220/14 dated  28/8/15  U/S 341,323,34 IPC has been registered at PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.  Roshan Lal  S/O Sh.  Paras Ram R/O Vill.  Derdu PO  Kapahi  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi HP  that on  27/8/14 at about 9 PM when  he  and  Suresh Kumar went to home at the same time   Jijender Kumar and some other person  obstructed  their way and beat  them up.. CASEO OF HP EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 221/15 dated 28-8-15 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered by ASI  Brij Lal  I/C PP Dehar that on  27-8-15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Pandrah  at about 7:30 pm and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 Bottles of illicit liquor from the possession of Jagan Nath S/O  Sh. Shali Ram    R/O Vill.  Jabalthana  ASI  Brij Lal I/C PP Sallaper is investigating the case.

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 130/2015 dated 28-8-2015 U/S 39 Of HP Excise Act has been registered at PS Jogindernagar by ASI Tarsem Singh I/C PP Ghatta that he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Batehar and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of illicit liquor  from the process of Joginder Pal S/O Sh. Parma Ram  R/O Vill. Bhatehar PO Chountra Tehsil& PS Jogindernagar Distt Mandi. ASI/Tersem Singh I/C PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1          Case FIR No.96/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Hira Chand  Nalwa  S/O Sh. Shobha Ram  R/O Keylong Distt.  L& H  at present  Naib  Teghsildar Aut  Distt.  Mandi (HP) that on  28/08/15  he was   going to morning walk  towards Banala, in the mean time a Jeep( UK-07Z-4050) came rashly  from Aut side  and  hit  the Bus (HP49-0825)  which was coming from the opposite side  and  all the person  who were boarded  on said Jeep  sustained  injuries.   ASI  Subhash  Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Aut  is investigating  the case.

2          Case   FIR  No. 77/15 dated 27/08/15  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar  by  ASI Baldev Singh  I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was  on patrolling   alongwith  other police   officials  at Mathanual  and  during the  course  of patrolling  he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country Liquor  from  the possession  of  Parma S/O Sh. 3         Case FIR No.188/15 dated 28/08/15  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Sadhu Singh S/O Sh. Sharvan Singh  R/O  Asmanpur PO  Nurpur Bedi Tehsil  Anandpur  Sahib (PB) that on 27/08/15  he was  going to  Chandigarh by his   Vehicle(  PB23H-4805)  , in the mean time another  Vehcile(HP32A-1063)  came rashly from  Nerchowk side  and hit his  said  Jeep  and  he alongwith Om Parkash &  Dola Ram  sustained injuries in this mishap .  SI Ram Lal  I.O. of P.S. 5.       Case FIR No. 52/15 dated 26/08/15 U/S 283 IPC has been registered at PS Dharampur by HHC Pal Singh that on 26/06/15 he was on patrolling along with other Police officials at Basantpur and during the process of patrolling he found a heap of raw material laid on the road by Ranjeet Singh S/O Chand Ram R/O Basantpur Tehsil Dharampur Distt. Mandi which was causing obstruction to the general public as well as traffic. HHC Pal Singh is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1. Case FIR No. 95/15 dated 25/08/2015 U/S 336 IPC has been registered at P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan S/O Sh. Bhag Chand R/O Mangoli PO Panjai Sub Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP) aged 21 years old  that he along with   Sh. Chet Ram S/O Sh. Dile Ram age 27 years R/O village Segli PO Bali Chowki Sub Tehsil Aut district Mandi (HP) sustained injuries due to a fire incident took place at Shilli Larji in Hot Mixing Plant where they were working as labourer. Both injured persons brought to R H Kullu, where one injured person namely Chet Ram referred to IGMC Shimla.  Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Dy.S.P. (Hqrs.) Mandi  visited the spot.  CASE OF RIOTING, OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANTS, ASSAULT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1.  Case FIR No. 214/15 dated 25/08/2015 U/S 147,148,149,353,332,5-06,355 IPC has been registered at P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Jaggan Nath, Regional Manager HRTC Sarkaghat that today at 11.45 hrs he  called a meeting with the official of Regional transport office at Sarkaghat in connection with the proposed strike called by the Trade Unions on 2^nd September 2015 and other departmental issues. During meeting about 25/30 members of Parivahan Majdoor Sangh came there and one person namely Rajmal driver HRTC Sarkaghat pelted engine oil on the body of the complainant (R.M.HRTC Sarkaghat)  and others started beating him with dire consequences. On this a case FIR No. 214/15 dated 25-08-2015 U/s 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 506, 355 IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat against the activists of Parivahan Majdoor Sangh. Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia, SDPO Sarkaghat is investigating the case personally.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

1. Case FIR No.215/15 dated 25-08-2015 U/S 354 (A) IPC has been registered at PS Sarkaghat against Sh Jagan Nath presently Regional Manager HRTC Sarkaghat on the complaint of a female employee posted in the office of the Regional Manager HRTC Sarkaghat that she was appointed as Data Operator in July 2014 at HRTC office Sarkaghat. Above Jagan Nath usually sent her obscene SMS on her mobile. On 22-08-2015 he called her in his office   and tried to outrage her modesty.  Sh. RECOVERY ON AN  UN-IDENTIFIED DEAD BODY

1. Today an un-identified dead body of a male (aged between 45-50 years old) found near Bagla Khud (Suketi Khad) on 24/08/2015. Postmortem of the dead body was carried out at Z.H. Mandi and proceeding U/S 174 Cr.P.C. is carried out by the local police of P.S. Balh.

1. Case FIR No. 187/15 dated 24/08/15 U/S 279,337 IPC and 187 of M.V. Act has been registered at PS Sadar on  the complaint of Sh. Ajay Sharma S/O Manohar Lal Village Rani Bain, PO Gutkar, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi HP that on 23/08/15 at about 08:15PM he was going to Mandi by his car No. HP33D-0452 and when he reached  near Bye Pass, a truck came from Mandi side and hit his Nano car and ran away. He sustained injuries in this accident. HC Kamal I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on  his wife is missing since  06/08/15  and he suspect that  Rashid Habib   S/O Sh.  Habibula R/O  Alusha PO  Trehgaun Distt.  Kupwara (J&K)  kidnapped  his wife  with the   intention  to marry  with her .  ASI  Ram Lal   I.O. of P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar  is investigating the case.

6          Case FIR No. 218/15 dated 23/08/15  U/S 324 , 504, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shashi Kant S/O Sh. Tulsi Ra, R/O  VPO  Ropri  Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP)  at present  working  in the  Sartaj Bhojnalya Bhour  Tehsil Sundernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 22/08/15  owner of Sartaj   Bhojnalya  came  along with  Sonu and beat him up and he sustained injuries.  SI  Kalyan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.
