CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 12/16 dated 01/02/16 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh.  Partap Singh S/O Sh. Manglu Ram R/O Bhamar, PO Ruhmani, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/16 at about 11:30 AM  he was working in his field in the mean time his brother Bali Ram and his son Girdhari Lal came there and obstructed him and  beat him up. They also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Birbal Singh I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 15/16 dated 02/02/16 U/S 341,323,504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar  on the complaint of Smt. Rukmani Devi W/O Sh.  Bali Ram R/O Bhamar, PO Ruhmani, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/16 at about 11:00 AM  she was working in her fields in the mean time Nirmala Devi and her husband Partap Singh R/O Bhamar, PO Ruhmani, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) obstruct her and beat her up. They also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC Sarwan Kumar I/O PP Janjehli is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

3          Case FIR No. 13/16 dated 01/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Surender Kumar  that on  01/02/16 at about 5:00 PM  he was on Patrolling along with other police officials  at Madogalu  and  during the  patrolling on suspicion he carried  out search of  bag  possessed  by  a person namely Sonam S/O Lt. Sh. Udgaeen R/O Tawandi PO Brikhmani, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) and recovered  4 Ltr. Illicit  Liquor  from his possession . ASI Surender Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

4          Case FIR No. 14/16 dated 01/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Surender Kumar that on 01/02/16 at about 7:00 PM he was on Patrolling along with other police officials at place Sukkibain  and  during the  patrolling  he  recovered   24 Bottles of Country Liquor  from the shop  shop of  Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Saju Ram VPO Sukkibain, Tehsil Chachiot, Distt. Mandi (HP. ASI Surender Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

5          Case FIR No. 17/16 dated 02/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise  Act in PS Jogindernagar by ASI Sandeep Kumar  I/C PP Lad-Bharol that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Panjalag and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7500 ML Country liquor from the possession of  Mohan Singh S/O Tokha Ram, R/O Chaloti ,PO Panjalag, Tehsil Lad-Bharol, Distt Mandi (HP).

CASE OF SUICIDE

6          Case FIR No. 31/16 dated 02/02/2016 U/S 306 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Jualu Ram R/O Village Bhadyal PO Tikker, Tehsil and PS Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) that his daughter namely Jamna Devi was married with Joginder S/O Sh. Muni Lal R/O Nalsar, PO Baggi,  Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi (HP) and his son-in-law beat her up  and  she committed suicide. ASI Mohar Singh I/O PS Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7          Case FIR No. 16/16 dated 01/02/16 U/S 279,304A IPC has been registered in PS Jogindernagar on the complaint of  Smt. Savita Devi W/O Sh. Arun Thakur R/O Basahi Chakka, PO Makriri, Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/16  she was coming  from  her parental  house with her  three years old  daughter by  HRTC bus  which was  on Chadonjh -Drubble- Jogindernagar  route  and when she reached at Chakka at  about 05:25PM and she was getting  of   said   Bus, in the mean time  driver  of said  bus Rajan Babu S/O Sh. Prem Nath Sharma R/O VPO Aihju Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi  started  the bus at  once  and unfortunately her  daughter   Akshra aged  three  years old  crushed with  front tyre of  said  bus  and she brought to CHC Jogindernagar where MO declared her brought dead. ASI Rajesh Kumar IC PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

8          Case FIR No. 10/16 dated 01/02/2016 U/S 451,323,506 IPC has been registered  in PS Aut on the complaint of Smt. Mamta Sharma W/O Sh. Purvidhar  R/O Chalogi PO Balichowki Subtehsil  Balichowki Distt Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/2016 at 10:30 AM  she was present at her home in the mean time Mohan Singh S/O Chandermani R/O Chalogi came  her  courtyard and beat her up and she sustained injuries. He also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Jeet Singh I/C PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTINGN WAY, HURT AND  INTIMIDATION

9          Case FIR No. 11/2016 dated 01/02/2016 U/S 341,323,504 IPC has been registered in PS Aut on the complaint of Smt. Anjna Devi  W/O Sh. Mohan Lal R/O Chalogi Subtehsil Balichowki Distt Mandi (HP) that on 01/02/2016 at 10:15 AM Mamta Devi obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries. She also threatened her.  HC Durga Dass I/O PP Balichowki is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESSPASS AND INTIMIDATION

10        Case FIR No. 32/16 dated 02/02/16 U/S 447,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of Smt. Puspa Devi W/O Lt. Sh. Nettar Singh R/O Hawani, PO Randhara, Tehsil Balh, Distt. Mandi that on  25/01/16 her neighbourer    Gijadish Cut trees   from her  land. When she asked him about this he threatened her with dire consequences. HC Sanjeecv Kumar I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

11    191 Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 21,300/- was recovered and 13 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1300/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs. 1300 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
