CASE OF  CRIMINAL TRESSPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 17/16 dated 04/02/16 U/S 451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh.  Mohar Singh Vill. Tapra, Tehsil Thunag, Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/02/16 at 5:30 PM   his  son  Pawan kumar  came  in his  room and beat him up and he sustained injuries. He also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Sharwan Kumar I/O PP  Janjrhali is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

 

1. Case FIR No. 33/16 dated  04/02/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC  has been registered in  PS Sadar Mandi on the complaint of  Sh. Surender Kumar  S/O Lt. Sh. Bhagat Ram C/O 263/13, Paddal Muhalla, Mandi (HP)  that on  03/02/16 at 9:30 PM  he was going his home and when reached near Mahamritumjai Temple  Sunny and his servant came and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Manoj Kumar  I/O PP City Mandi is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OFFENCE AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT , HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

1. Case FIR No. 21/16 dated 04/02/16 U/S 353, 332, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  on the complaint of  Sh.  Nihal Singh ,  Chief  Ayurvedic  Pharmacist,  Hospital  Ladruhin that  on 03/02/16  a person namely  Shri Pat S/O Sh. Jawala Ram  R/O  Basahal Badhyara PO  Chauntra  entered in  complex  of    Ayurvedic  hospital  and  beat up  to  Kushal Kumar who is  posted  as a  Class-IV employee in said hospital and  also threatened  him  with dire consequences.  SI  Kuldeep I/C of  PP  Ghatta is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

1. Case FIR No. 16/2016 dated 03/02/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS BSL Colony by  ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri that on 03/02/2015 at about 05:30 PM he was on patrolling duty along with other  police officials at  Thihkar and during the patrolling  he recovered 24 bottles of country  liquor  from the possession of Smt. Lata W/O Sh. Shobha Ram R/O Village Thihkar, PO Paurakothi, Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP). ASI Khalil Ahmad I/C PP Nihri is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

1. Case FIR No. 35/16 dated 03/02/2016 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in PS Sarkaghat by SI Ashwani Kumar I/C PP. Hatli that on  03/02/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bachwan and during the patrolling he recovered  4 Bottles  of country liquor from the possession of   Rajender Singh S/O Narotam Singh  Village Kakduhi, PO Bachwan, Tehsil Baldwara, Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Ashwani Kumar  I/C PP. Hatli is investigating the case

 

CASE OF HP EXCISE ACT

 

1. Case FIR No. 16/16 dated 03/02/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act  has been registered in PS Gohar by ASI Ashok Kumar that on 03/02/16 at about 6:15 PM  he was on Patrolling along with other police officials  at Bassa  and during the patrolling he recovered 05 liters Illicit liquor from the possession of  Puran Chand S/O Sh.  Devi Ram R/O Dal PO Gohar Tehsil Chachiot Distt. Mandi (HP) ASI Ashok Kumar I/O PS Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ND&PS ACT

 

1. Case  FIR No 13/2016 dated 03/02/2016 U/S 20 of ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Aut by ASI Hari singh that  on 03/02/2016  he was on Traffic  Checking and Naka Bandi duty near Shani Mandir along with other Police officials  and at 5:30 PM a  person Namely Harsh Chauhan @ Munmun S/O Late Sh. Papu Chauhan Village Chouhanan PO Jawalapur,  Tehsil  Shinhdar,  Distt  Haridwar  Uttarakhand came from Banala towards Aut  who was carrying a bag on his back and on suspicion  Checked his bag  and recovered 670 Gram Charas. ASI Hari Singh I/O PS Aut is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

 

1. 227 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 26500/- was recovered and 14 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1400/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 400/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
