Bhajan Ram R/O Bhai PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 06/05/16 at about 8:30PM he heard the loud noise and he rushed towards the spot and found that a Tractor (HP 17C-1012) was met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver namely Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Lokha Ram R/O Bahi PO Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi aged 28 years old . In this accident said driver died on the spot and another person namely Mustama S/O Sh. Mohd.
