CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 136/16 dated 12/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by SI Ashwani I/C of PP Hatli that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Hariyali Tanda and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Hariyali Tanda P.O. Bhambla Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) . SI Ashwani Incharge Police Post Hatli is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 86/16 dated 12/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar by SI Kuldeep Kumar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Ahju and during the course of patrolling he recovered 18 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Arunpal S/O Sh. Ranvir Singh R/O Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) . SI Kuldeep Kumar I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.

3 Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 12/05/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar that on 12/05/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Bharjwanu and during the patrolling he recovered 5 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of Gangi Devi W/O Sant Ram Vill Bharjwanu Tehsil Sundernagar Distt Mandi (HP) . SI Vijay Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
4 Case FIR No. 134/16 dated 12/05/16 U/S 341, 354, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of a girl R/O Ganpati Road Mandi District Mandi (HP) that on 09/05/16 Pravesh Saini obstructed her way and tried to outrage her modesty and also threatened her mother with dire consequences. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 135/16 dated 12/05/16 U/S 341, 354, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of a lady received through Ld Session Court Mandi that on 30/04/16 Gaurav Oberai obstructed her way and tried to outrage her modesty and also threaten her with dire consequences. ASI Ram Lal I/C of PP City Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES AND SUICIDE
6 Case FIR No. 78/16 dated 13/05/16 U/S 498(A) , 306 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Daulat Ram S/O Late. Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Naginal PO Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) aged 52 years old that his daughter namely Kushlaya Devi was married with Daulat Ram S/O Amar Singh R/O Vill. Dautala P.O. Shankar Dehra Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP) 12 years ago . But soon after the marriage her mother-in -law namely Champa Devi started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding dowry . On 12/05/16 his daughter committed the suicide by hanging due to regular harassment of her mother-in-law . Insp. Chand Kishor SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 13/05/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Tilak Ram Asha Ram R/O Chanjoli PO Kawo Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 12/05/16 he was coming back to home along with his relatives and when they reached at Manshana, in the mean time Duni Chand S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O Khaduna PO Kawo Tehsil Karsog, Dinesh Kumar came along with two unknown persons, obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. ASI Swaroop Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
8 Case FIR No. 132/16 dated 12/05/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dharampal S/O Sh. Surender Kumar R/O Satoh PO Rajgarh District Mandi (HP) that on 12/05/16 he was coming by Motor Cycle (HP38C-0139) alongwith his friend , in the mean time another Motor Cycle came rashly from negligently from Nalsar side and hit his Motor Cycle as aresult four person sustained injuries . ASI Rajinder Thakur I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
9 231 Vehicles were challaned under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 28,600/- was recovered and 11 challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 7 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 32000/- recovered during last 24 hours.
