CASE OF NDPS ACT

1          Case FIR No. 45/16 dated  15/05/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI Subhash Chand  I.O. of P.S.Aut that on 15/05/16  he  laid a nakka  along with  other police officials at  Jhalogi  and during the  checking of  Bus(HP66A-1516)  he recovered   unclaimed 1315 Gram Charas ( Cannabis). ASI  Subhash Chand  I.O. of  P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

CASE OF   MISCHIEF AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 138/16 dated 14/05/16  U/S 430, 427, 504, 506  IPC has been  registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Kamla Devi W/O Sh.  Duni Chand  R/O  Upper Jaihmet PO  Jeihmat Tehsil  Baldwara District  Mandi (HP)  that on 11/05/16  Budhi Singh   S/O  Sh. Jayunu resident of the same  locality  broke    the pipe  line    and   also  threatened   him with  dire consequences .  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating then case.

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No. 139/16 dated 15/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Jivan  Lal  S/O Sh. Minku Ram R/O  Banjar District  Kullu  (HP)  that  he was  coming towards  Sarkaghat by  his  vehicle (HP58-0964) in the mean time a  Car  A/F   which was driven by  Gautam   also  coming to Sarkaghat, when the they reached  near  Nabahi, in the mean time  driver of  said  car lost the control on the car  due to rash and negligent  driving and   fell downwards  from  the  road . in this incident  3 persons who were boarded  on said car sustained injuries.  ASI  Trilok Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 137/16 dated 14/05/16  U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh.  Yashwant Singh  S/O Sh. Panna Lal R/O  Majhwar Tehsil Sadar  District Mandi (HP) that  on 14/05/16  he was  going  towards Kullu by  his three wheeler   and when they reached near 9  miles, in the mean time  a   Truck(HP30-3585)  came  rashly and negligently from   Mandi  side and  hit a Innova Car((PB01A-3434)  which was coming from   Kullu side  as a result     passengers who were boarded  on said  car sustained injuries.  HC  Jagdish Chand  No. 36  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating  the case.  

CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

5         Case  FIR No. 135/16 dated 14/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Kalpna Devi W/O Sh. Bhupender Kumar VPO  Sarkidhar Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP)  that on 14/05/16  her father-in-law namely  Tek Chand  obstructed her way and  beat her up and she sustained  injuries  and also threatened  him  with dire consequences.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 28  I.O. of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.

6        193  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 31,800/- was recovered and 12 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs. 11,700  /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
