CRIME REPORT 16 MAY

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

1          Case FIR No. 76/16 dated  15/05/16  U/S  279, 337, 304 (A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Tulla Ram  S/O Sh. Mangat Ram R/O  Bag  PO Mahog Tehsil Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that  on 15/05/16  he was  travelling by  HRTC Bus(HP03B-6096)   which  was  on its  route   Mahog to  Karsog and  at about  60 passenger  were  boarded on said bus  and when they  reached near  Dunga Nala , in the meant  time driver of  said bus   lost the  control on bus due to rash and negligent   driving  and bus  rolled down on the  road  as a result one person  namely   Nikka Ram S/O Binna Ram Village Chalout PO Gawalpur Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi HP aged 55 years old  died  on the spot .47 passengers sustained  injuries,  in which  9 person    sent to  I.G.M.C. Shimla   for  further treatment,  31 admitted  in  C.H. Karsog  and 7  person admitted  in  C.H. Anni .    SI  Sunil Kumar SHO of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF KIDNAPPING

2          Case FIR  No. 141/16 dated 15/05/16  U/S 363, 366 IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of  a  person R/O  Narola Tehsil Baldwara District Mandi (HP) that  on 15/05/16  some   unknown person  came by  vehicle (HP67T-4727)   and kidnapped  his daughter  who was  going towards their home .  HC  Rajesh  Kumar  No. 907  I.O. of  P.P. Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

3          Case FIR No. 140/16  dated  15/05/16  U/S 341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dayajit S/O Sh. Sita Ram R/O  Talab PO  Fatahpur Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) that  on 15/05/16  Kuldeep Chand  S/O Sh. Roshan Lal  R/O  Talab PO  Fatehpur  District   Mandi (HP)   obstructed  his way and beat him up .  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

4          98   challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 14,200 /- was recovered  and  5  challans  were  issued  under  COTPA  and  fine   of Rs  500 /-  was  recovered   and  3 challan were issued under  Mining  Act and  fine of Rs.4500/-  was  recovered   during last 24  hours.
