CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

1          Case FIR No. 61/16 dated 21/05/16  U/S  341,  323  IPC has been registered in P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Sewa Dass S/O Sh. Bansi Ram R/O Chhiund Dhar PO Paurakothi Tehsil  Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP) that  on 20/05/16  Shobha Ram   resident of same locality  obstructed his way  and beat him up and  he sustained  injuries.  ASI Pushap Dev I.O. of PP Nihari is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

2          Case FIR No. 140/16 dated 20/05/16  U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.   Balh  by  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Balh that on 20/05/16  he was on patrolling  along with other police officials at  Troh   and during the course of patrolling he recovered  8 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Praveen Kumar  S/O Sh. Dagu Ram  R/O  Unnad PO Taroh Distt. Mandi (HP) .

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL   INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 141/16 dated 21/05/16  U/S 341,  323, 504. 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.  Promila Devi  W/O Sh. Dhyan Singh   R/O  Tanda PO  Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that   on 21/05/16  Ram Singh came along with his wife namely  Phulla Devi, obstructed  her way and beat her up and she sustained  injuries and they also threatened  her with dire consequences.  HC  Dharminder Kumar No. 77  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OFFENCES AGAINST PUBLIC SERVANT AND HURT

4          Case    FIR No. 148/16 dated 20/05/16  U/S  353, 332, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Prethi Pal  S/O Sh. Parja Pati R/O Ganei PO Chailchowk Tehsil  Gohar  District  Mandi (HP) that  is  working as  a  conductor   in HRTC   Depot  Sarkaghat.  Today he  was on duty along with  Bus (HP72-3243) which was on its route  Sarkaghat to Durgapur and   a Private Bus (HP65-6156) was   also going ahead on the same route  and when they reached near  Maseran in the  mean time   a  person  get down from  said private bus,  entered in the HRTC  Bus  and  started to beat him up   and he sustained injuries .  ASI  Naresh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 149/16 dated 20/05/16  U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat  on the complaint of Sh. Koula Ram  S/O Sh. Bala Ram  R/O  Sherla Bhabu PO  Thina Galu Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 20/05/16 he was  driving the  Bus (HP65-4732) and  he reached near  Bholughat , in the mean time a Motor Cycle  rider  came rashly  and negligently from Bhambla  side    and  and  fell down  30 feet  far from the bus and sustained injuries.  HC Prem Singh  I.O. of PP Hatli  is investigating the case.

6          Case FIR No. 150/16 dated 20/05/16 U/S 341, 323, 34  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Chuni Lal S/O Sh. Bahadur Singh  R/O  Kalash PO  & Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  that on 20/05/16  he was coming  to  Sarkaghat by his  Car  and  at about 10 PM when he reached near  Barchhwar, in the mean time  four person   came  there , obstructed his way  and beat  him up  and he sustained injuries.   HC Kamal  Kant I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7              205 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 17,900/- was recovered and  3 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300  /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
