CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No. 172/16 dated 29/06/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Ram Lal I/C P.P.C Ity Mandi/Incharge Cell Narcotic Cell Mandi district that on 29/06/2016 at about 7 PM he laid a nakka along with other police officials of Narcotic Cell District Mandi namely  HC Nand Lal No. 892, HHC Kashmir Singh No. 267, HHC Narpat Ram No. 460, HHC  Dhameshwar No. 261,  C. Pradeep Kumar No. 248,  Lady Const. Champa Devi No. 235 and Lady Const. Anju Devi No. 391 at Sukkibain and during the course of nakka he checked a private bus (HP65-3444) which was on its way from Kullu to Mandi and recovered 2 KG cannabis (Charas) from the possession of a lady namely Roshani Devi W/O Sh. Rajpal R/O Vill. Kutana PO Badodh Tehsil  & Distt. Bagpat  (UP) aged 52 years old.   Accused Roshani Devi has been arrested and  further investigation is being carried out by ASI Ram Lal Incharge P.P. City Mand/Incharge Narcotic Cell District Mandi (HP).

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2        Case FIR No. 78/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S  341, 323, 504  IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Chet Ram  R/O  Upper Behli Tehsil   Sundernagar District Mandi (HP)  that on 29/06/16   Shashi Kumar  obstructed his way and   beat him up.  HC Vinod  Kumar  No. 18  I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

3        Case FIR No. 73/16 dated  29/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut  by  ASI  Subhash Chand  I.O. of P.S. Aut  that  he was  on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Takoli and  during the course of patrolling he recovered  6 Bottles of  Country  Liquor  from the possession of  Bhag Chand S/O Sh. Hukkam Ram  R/O  Takoli PO Panarsa Tehsil Aut  District Mandi (HP). ASI Subhash  Chand  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 195/16 dated 30/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat  by  SI  Karanjeet  Singh  that  a  Motor Cycle(HP12E-7996)  which was   ridden  by  Rajeev Sharma S/O Sh. Vidya Sadar  R/O  Upper Dol  came rashly from  Sarkaghat side  towards Jahu   and  fell  down  about  15  Mtr. downward  from the  road.    And   sustained injuries.  This  accident  occurred due to rash and negligent  ridding  by rider of said Motor Cycle  SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

5        Case FIR No. 179/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Ghanshyam  S/O Sh. Thola Ram  R/O  Kangru PO Baggi  Tehsil  Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that  on  27/06/16  Hansu  & Roop  Lal   resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  CHEATING

 

6        Case FIR No. 180/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S  420  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Nand Lal  R/O  Nagchala Tehsil Balh  District  Mandi (HP) that   during the year 2014  he received  a   call  from  Mobile No. 07503736969 for installation of      4G  tower and  caller told his name is  Rajesh and  he is   employee of Reliance  company ltd.   to  the  complainant and said  that  company has    conducted  survey  for the installation of  4G tower  on his land  and  company will also  pay him  Rs 30,000/-  per month . Therefore  complainant    deposited  Sum of  Rs.13,18,000/-  through  Cheque & Bank Draft   in different  account  numbers till  date 17/06/16   in lieu of installation of such mobile towers in the land of complainant  but  no tower  is installed till date by them.  SI Vikas Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

7        Case FIR No. 116/16   dated  29/06/16 U/S  341, 323, 504 , 506 , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.   Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nitish Kumar S/O Sh. Manglu Ram R/O   Bassi  Tehsil Jogindernagar   that on  29/06/16   Balbir  &  Sanju  resident of   same  locality obstructed his way and beat him  and also threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI Ashok Kumar  I/C of PP Bassi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT.

8        Case FIR No. 117/16 dated  30/06/16 U/S 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginderangar on the complaint of Sh. Balam Ram S/O Sh. Hari Ram,  Electrician  with M/S   Abir  company  Ltd.  Khaddar  Tehsil  Lad-Bharol District  Mandi (HP) that   today a fire incident  took place  in a tunnel of  Uhal  Project   at Khaddar due to  short  circuit  occurred  as  wiring   was very old  and  damaged due to  said  incident     4 worker of  his company  became  unconscious and  this   incident occurred   due to negligence of company  management .  ASI   Sandeep Kumar  I/C of PP Lad-Bharol is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

9        Case FIR No.  115/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.Sonu  Lal  S/O Sh. Ram Dass  R/O  Lower Garoru Tehsil Joginderngar District Mandi (HP)  that on  29/06/16   he was coming by his  Scooty(HP29A- 8227)  alongwith his wife and when  reached  near Garoru, in the mean time  a Vehcile(HP29A-4513)  which was driven by  Surender Thakur S/O Sh.  Sher Singh R/O  Chadonjh PO  Drubbal Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP)  came rashly and hit his scooty  and  he alongwith   his wife sustained injuries.  SI  Prittam Singh  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

10      Case FIR No. 173/16 dated  29/06/16 U/S  341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sunil  Kumar  S/O Late. Sh. Biri  Singh R/O   Bohi  PO Sehali Tehsil Sadar  District Mandi (HP) that on 29/06/16  he was going to his home by Car( HP33T-9492), in the mean time  another  Car (HP01M-1270) which was driven by   driver  namely Gullu, obstructed his way  and beat him up and  he sustained  injuries.  HC Kamal Singh No. 79  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

11      Case FIR No. 63/16 dated  30/06/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Smt. Seema Devi W/O Sh. Bhumi Singh  R/O Lower  Ghanala PO   & Tehsil  Sandhol District  Mandi (HP) that  on 30/06/16  Sumitra Devi  W/O Late. Sh.   Bhagirath came along with her son    and beat her up and she sustained injuries.  ASI Chiranji  Lal  I/C of PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

1          Case FIR No.  71/16 dated  28/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by  SI Kuldeep  Chand  that he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  at  Takoli and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  55 Bottles of  Country Liquor, 8  Bottles of  English Wine &  12 Bottle of Beer  from the possession of  Bhag  Chand  S/O Sh. Hukkam Ram R/O  Takoli PO Panarsa Tehsil  Aut  District Mandi (HP).  SI  Kuldeep   Singh   I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

 2         Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 28/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by  SI  Kuldeep Chand  that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at   Takoli and during the course of patrolling he recovered  10 Bottles of Country Liquor & 10 Bottles of  English Wine  from the possession of  Maghi  Devi  W/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O  Mundpari PO  Panarsa Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP). SI  Kuldeep  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the  case.

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 70/16 dated  28/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Hirda Ram  R/O  Jhiri PO  Nagwain Tehsil Aut  District Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/16    he was present at  the  spot, in mean time a Car (HR69AT-1771)  which was driven by  Ashok  Kumar  came rashly from   Mandi towards Kullu and another Car   came  from  Kullu towards Mandi side rashly   and these  both  cars  collided  with    each other  and  occupants  of both cars sustained  injuries.  HC Anil  Kumar  No. 33  I.O. of P.S. CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT  AND DEATH DUE TO RASH ANDNEGLIGENT ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 171/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in  P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kehar Singh  S/O  Late.Sh.  Hukam Chand R/O  Badanu PO  Pandoh Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that on 28/06/16  his brother namely  Lekh Raj  was  standing  alongside the  road, in the mean  time   a Car  came rashly  from Pandoh side and  hit  his brother Lekh Raj S/O  Late. Sh.  Hukkam  Chand  R/O  Badanu PO  Pandoh  Tehsil Sadar District  Mandi (HP)  and   sped  away from the spot.  His Brother  Lekh Raj rushed to Z.H.  Mandi where  M.O. declared  him brought dead . HC  Yashpal No. 14  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

5          Case FIR No.  114/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S.Jogindernagar that  today  at about  12:45  PM  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Hata and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  84 Gram   Charas  from the possession of  Kali Dass S/O Sh. TiKKu Ram  R/O  Karsehar PO  Sudhar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP).  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 113/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Tersem Singh  that  today he was on patrolling along with other police officials  and during  the checking of   Car( HP29A-8806) he recovered  24  Bottles of   English Wine,  7 Bottles of Country  Liquor  & ( 12 Bottles  of English Wine &  5 Bottles also    found in broken  condition )   from the possession of  Vinod  Kumar@  Monte S/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O  Matroo Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP).  ASI Tersem Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS  CASE

  7        Accused  Sagar Kumar  S/O   Late. Sh.  Anil  Kumar R/O  House  No. 244/11  near Circuit  House  Tarna  Hills   Mandi  aged 19 years old arrested by the local Police  of Police Post  City  Mandi who was wanted in Case FIR No.  165/16 dated 25/06/16  U/S  457, 380 IPC of P.S. Sadar Mandi and recovered ornaments  of golden, silver and  artificial jewelry  from his possession  and also recovered  cash of worth Rs.15,130/-  from his possession.

1         Case FIR No. 194/16 dated 27/06/16  U/S  451,  323, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Pramila Devi  W/O Sh. Nitu Ram  R/O  R/O  Bharwan PO  Khahan District Mandi (HP) that  Hem Singh   came along with   his wife Sunita  Devi  , entered in her courtyard  and  beat  her up and she sustained injuries  and they also threatened her with dire consequences.   SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Kanhu Ram  VPO  Behna, Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) he is working in the shop of  Vishal Chadha at  old  Bus  Stand  Mandi .   Today at about  09:30 AM  Rajesh  Chadha   came there , obstructed his way and  beat him up and  also  threaten  him with dire consequences.  ASI Ram Lal  I/C of PP City    is investigating the case.

Gian Chand R/O  Takoli entered in his shop and  started to beat  Manish Rawat resident  of the same locality  and   Manish sustained  injuries and he also  threatened to  Munish  Rawat with dire consequences.  HC Hari Singh  No. 407  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF    ROAD ACCIDENT  

 

4          Case FIR   No. 68/16 dated 26/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of Sh. Khem Raj  S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O  Sayanh Bihali PO  Schhani Tehsil Bhunter District Kullu (HP) that on 26/06/16  he was  coming from  Dalashani  towards  Panarsa, in the mean time  a  Tractor (HP66-4859)  which  was  driven by  Bhuvneshwar Dutt  came   rashly  from  Dalashani Pul  side  and when  he reached near  Dalashani  Pul, in the mean time  driver of said  Tractor  lost  control on  said  tractor and  fell down   from the road   as a result   said  driver and another  occupant namely  Surender Kumar sustained injuries.  ASI  Subash Chand  I.O. of P.S. 5         Case FIR No. 170/16 dated 26/06/16 U/S  289  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal  S/O Sh. Nake Ram R/O  Bina PO  Klohad Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 26/06/16  he was present  in his  field , in the mean time pet dog of  Bhart Bhushan resident  of the same locality bit him  up.  ASI  Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
