1 Case FIR No. 87/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Rama Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Gharot PO Chhatri Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/16 she was coming by Vehicle (HP01M-0647) and when they reached near Bilagad, in the mean time driver of said vehicle namely Krishan Chand S/O Sh. Heera Lal R/O Fanouti PO Banala Tehsil Anni District Kullu (HP) lost control upon said vehicle and collided with a rock alongside the road as a result she along with other persons who were boarded on said vehicle sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
2 Case FIR No. 86/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by Insp. Chand Kishore that on 31/05/16 he was on Law & Order duty at Kuthah Mela near Janjehli and during the course of duty he recovered 4 Bottles of English Wine from the possession of Paras Ram S/O Sh. Krishan Chand R/O Kuthah PO Janjehli Tehsil Thunag Distict Mandi (HP). Insp. Chand Kishore SHO of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 161/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Sheela Devi W/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O Barot PO Baldwara Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/16 Beli Ram came along with his wife namely Promila and obstructed her way and beat her up and she sustained injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. 4 Case FIR No. 53/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 336, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Dharampur on the complaint of Sh. Partap Singh S/O Sh. Parma Ram R/O Rasadi PO Tour-Khola Tehsil Sandhol District Mandi (HP) that on 03/05/16 he was going along with his family members , in the mean time Kushlya Devi W/O Sh. Duni Chand resident of the same locality pelted the stone upon them and they sustained injuries. ASI Chiranji Lal I/C of PP Sandhol is investigating the case.

5 Case FIR No. 154/16 dated 31/05/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Khajana Ram R/O Kandhi PO Ratti Distict Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/1 Bindro Devi, Ranjeet Singh &Jyoti , obstructed his way and beat him up and he also sustained injuries. ASI Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Soren R/O Nagravaran PO Rasilpura Tehsil Sesman Distict Badaun (UP) that on 31/05/16 she was going to home along with her mother , in the mean time a Car(HP63-4170) came rashly and negligently and hit his mother namely Rajeshwari and she sustained injuries. CASE OF THEFT AND CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
7 Case FIR No. 146/16 dated 31/05/16 U/S 379, 380, 452, 420, 120(B) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Meera Devi W/O Sh. Jitender R/O Panjehati Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that she purchased the property in Muhal Magwain from Punjab National Bank by paying Rs. 23, 28,000/- which was taken in the possession by said Bank from Kishori Lal S/O Sh. Mansukh R/O House No. 51/10 Thanera Mohalla Mandi. But said Kishori Lal sold said property further to Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Lal Chand R/O House No. 33/3 Jail Road Mandi . On 31/05/16 when complainant came market then she found that locks were broken by Kishori Lal and his wife Meera & Manoj and they all trespassed with the intention to commit offence and grab her property. HC Inder Singh No. 7 I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.

Devinder Kumar R/O Behal PO Pairi Tehsil Balh Distict Mandi (HP) that he is a conductor with Private Bus(HP31B-7527) . Today Bus was on its route Mandi to Sundernagar and when reached Bypass Mandi, in the mean time another private Bus came behind, obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences . ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

Paras Ram R/O Saroni PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/16 pet dog of Smt. Gamru Devi W/O Sh. Salig Ram R/O Saroni PO Jarol Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) bit upon her leg. HC Rajender Kumar I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

10 Case FIR No. 145/16 dated 01/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 184, 185 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Dharmender Kumar S/O Sh. Gulab Singh R/O Muharg PO Sikawari Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 31/05/16 he was going towards Bilaspur by Govt. Car( HP33-2272) , in the mean time a Jeep(HP31B-1625) came rashly and negligently as driver of said Jeep was in drunken condition and hit said car and complainant Dharminder Kumar sustained injuries. ASI Ajeet Singh I/C PP Slapper is investigating the case.
