CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1          Case FIR No. 149/16 dated 05/06/16  U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been   registered in P.S. Sadar  by  ASI  Ram Lal  I/C of PP  City that  on 05/06/16  he laid a nakka  along with other police officials at   Sukkin- Bain and  during the  checking  of  private Bus (HP67A-1015)  he recovered 520 Gram Charas from the  possession of  Sukhwinder  Nikka  Singh  S/O Late. Sh. Munsi R/O  Arjundev Nagar Moga ( PB) aged 41  years  old  . Accused has been arrested and further investigation is being carried out by  ASI Ram Lal   I/C of PP City  Mandi .  

 

CASE OF HURT AND UNDER JUVENILE JUSTICE ACT

2             Case FIR No. 48/16 dated 04/06/16  U/S 323 IPC &  U/S 23 of Juvenile  Justice  Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complant of  Sh. Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Sandar Chand R/O Bah PO  Padwahan Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) his  son  is studying  in  8^th  class at  Bah School. On 03/06/16  his  teacher  beat him up ruthlessly  and he sustained injures.  HC Sarwan Kumar No. 42  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

 

CASE   OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No. 161/16 dated 04/06/16 U/S 447, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt.  Daromti Devi W/O Sh. Chamari Ram  R/O  Kanhiya  Lal  R/O  Chatrour PO  Sakroha Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi  (HP)   that Anant Ram&  his wife  Radha Dev entered in his land and  axed  the  trees    and  they also threatened  her  with dire consequences. ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

4                   Case FIR No. 168/16 dated 04/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been  registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt.   Anju Patiyal W/O  Late. Sh. Bachitter Singh  R/O  Thana PO  Gopalpur Tehsil  Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 04/06/16  at about  7:50 PM  Krishan Chand , Promila Devi &  Veena Devi resident of  same locality  obstructed  her  way  and beat her up.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is  investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

5               Case FIR No. 169/16 dated 05/06/16  U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh. Duni Chand  S/O Sh. Surjan Singh  R/O  Darkohal Karni  Tehsil Baldwara Distrct Mandi (HP)  that  on 04/06/16  at  about  6PM  Lalman  resident  of the  same locality  obstructed his way and beat him hp .  SI  Ashwani  I/C of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

6          Case FIR No.  170/16 dated 05/06/16  U/S  341, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the  complaint of  Sh. Krishan Chand  S/O Sh.  Nandu Ram R/O  Thana PO  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  that on 04/06/16  at about 6-7  PM  Smt.  Anju  Patiyal W/O  Late. Sh. Bachitter Singh  R/O  Thana PO   Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi ,(2)  Dinesh  Patiyal   S/O  Late. Sh. Bachhiter Singh resident of same locality   (3) Meera Devi W/O Sh.  Parkash Chand  resident of  same locality  obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with   dire consequences.  SI Manmohan Singh I.O. of P.S.   Sarkaghat is investigating the case.  

 

 

CHALLANS

 

7             264 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 41,900/- was recovered and 11 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 03 Challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 14,200 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
