CRIME REPORT 12 JUNE

                                           

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1          Case FIR No. 166/16 dated 11/06/16 U/S 39(1)(A)   of Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh  by  Insp. Ranjeet  Singh  Incharge  CIA  Mandi  that  on 11/06/16  he  was on patrolling along with other police officials at  Chandyal and  during  the course of patrolling he recovered  348  Boxes (4176  Bottles) of  Country  Liquor   from  the possession of Subhash Saini S/O Sh.  Kanaihya Lal Saini R/O Vill. Sihen PO Gaggal Tehsil Balh Distt Mandi (HP).  Approximately  total value of    above  recovered   Country  Liquor  is   about  Rs. 5 Lac.  Insp.  Ranjeet Singh  I/C of CIA Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND MOLESTATION

2          Case FIR No. 51/16 dated 11/06/16 U/S 279, 337 , 354(D), 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar on the  complaint  a girl  R/O Har PO  Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 11/06/16  when she  was  going to her home  at Har  by  her Scooty (HP76-1576)  in the mean time   a Car(HP29A-8652) came  rashly and negligently  from behind in which  4-5 persons   were  boarded nd  they  all used   filthy language  and also   signaled   her to  stop and when she reached near  Pine Valley restaurant  near Ghatasani, driver of said car   hit her Scooty  and  sped  away from the spot and she sustained injuries.  SHO Vinod Thakur PS Padhar  is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT 

3          Case FIR No. 83/16 dated 12/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog   by  ASI  Bhom  Parkesh I.O. of P.S.  Karsog that  on 11/06/16 on receiving a telephonic information he rushed to  the spot at  Thali and  he found that  a Tipper (HP51A-1325) was   fell down   50 feet downward  from the   road   which  was  driven by   Sh. Dharam Pal S/O Sh. Leela Dhar R/O Randhol PO Tatta Pani Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi (HP)  rashly  and negligently . In this  mishap  another   occupant  namely Vinod Kumar S/O  Sh. Khub Chand and  driver of above tipper  sustained  injuries . ASI   Bhom Parkesh I.O. of  P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.  

CHALLANS

  1.   189 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 34,000 /- was recovered and 08 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800/- was recovered  and 4 challan were  issued  under  Mining  Act  and fine of  Rs.  9400 /-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
