CRIME REPORT 17 JUNE

                            

CASE OF CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING

1          Case FIR No. 62/16 dated 17/06/16 U/S 406, 420, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Ram Parsad S/O Sh.  Parmanand R/O Takoli Sub Tehsil Aut  District Mandi (HP)   presently    running a vegetable shop    namely  M/S  Ram Fruit  Company   at  Sabji   Mandi  Takoli .  On 13/06/16  he sent   52 Quintal  & 61 Kg  pea   by  vehicle(HP37B-6867) to  Delhi  through   driver  Roshan Lal S/O Sh. Hanif R/O  Chamba  along with conductor but  driver  Roshan Lal cheated  him  as he did not delivered  the consignment   at    Subji Mandi Delhi  to the concerned  person and he is  also  not attending his calls. Approximately above peas is about to Rs. 2 lac.    HC  Hari   Singh   No. 407  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT

2          Case FIR No. 170/16 dated 17/06/16  U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered  in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt.   Leela Devi  W/O Sh. Jhabla Ram R/O  Kalsehar PO  Galma Tehsil Balh  that  Bhup Singh  S/O Sh. Shankar Singh   resident of  same locality  obstructed her way  and beat her up . ASI  Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 168/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC &  U/S 187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Smt.   Gangi Devi  W/O Sh. Sher Singh  R/O  Shalla Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that   on 16/06/16  she  along with her nephew  namely Yuvraj were crossing the road at  Gutkar, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle  (HP 33B-8596) came rashly from Chakkar  side and hit her  nephew and sped  away from the spot and  later-on    who  was nabbed  at   Mandi  by the local  Police  of PP City Mandi as  indentified  at  Dinesh   Kumar  S/O Sh. Kesav Ram R/O SegliDhar PO Diyar Tehsil  Bhunter  District  Kullu (HP)  . HC Raj Kumar No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.   

 

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case FIR No. 169/16 dated 17/07/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the by  ASI  Rajender  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh  that  on 16/06/16  on receiving a telephonic information he  rushed to the spot  at Bhangrotu –Tikkar link     Road  and  found that  a Bolero  Jeep (HP33D-1789) which was  driven by  Kashmir Singh  S/O Sh.  Chandermani R/O  Chugan PO Bhagrotu  Tehsil  Balh  District  Mandi  (HP) rashly and negligently    due to which  said  vehicle struct with a  Motor Cycle (HP33C-6065)    as a result   rider  Ravi Singh  S/O Sh. Kanhiya Lal  R/O  Rinjh PO  Luhara aged  30years old   &  Pillion rider  namely  Yadvinder  Singh  S/O Sh. Lekh Raj VPO  Lohara District Mandi   sustained  injuries.  ASI  Rajender Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES)  ACT

 5         Case FIR No. 73/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S 3(X) SC & ST ( Prevention of  Atrocities ) &  U/S  506  IPC  Act  has been  registered in P.S.   BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh.   Hans Raj S/O Sh.  Surjan Ram R/O  Purana  Bazar  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that  he  is  working as peon, in  FTI Ranger College Karnodi Sundernagar and another person namely  Lakhvender Singh   also serving as a peon  in  same college  and oftenly   called him by caste . On 28/05/16  at about 11 AM  said  Lakhvinder caught him from collar  and   threatened  him  with  dire consequences  by  calling  caste  .  ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  I.O. of P.S.  BSL Colony  Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND  MOLESTATION

6        Case FIR No. 185/16 dated 16/06/16 U/S 452, 354, 354(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint   of a lady R/O  Naan PO  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) that on 13/06/16   Pankush S/O Sh. Parkash Chand  R/O Naan PO  Gopalpur Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi  entered in  her  courtyard  and    outrage her modesty . ASI  Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating  the case.

CHALLANS

7     306  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.36,300 /- was recovered and 20  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2000/-was during last 24 hours.
