   CASE OF NDPS ACT

 1        Case FIR No.  56/16  dated 17/06/16  U/S  20 of NDPS  Act has been registered in  P.S. Dharampur  by  ASI Manohar  Lal  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur that   he was on  patrolling  along with other police officials  at  Bus Stand  Dharampur  and during the  course of patrolling he  recovered  2 Gram Charas  from the possession of  Ramesh Chand  S/O Sh. Dagu Ram  R/O  Bahari PO  Kot Sub-Tehsil  Dharampur District Mandi (HP) .  ASI Monohar Lal  I.O. of P.S. Dharampur is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION  AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 96/16 dated 17/06/16 U/S 354, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar   on  the  complaint  of a lady  presently  working as PGT  Science in Govt. School  in  Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 17/06/16  Sanjeev Rangra  presently  who is also working  as PGT  Science in same  school  tried  to outrage   her modesty and also  threatened   her  with  dire consequences.  ASI Om Parkash I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS

3          Case FIR No. 86/16 dated 17/06/16 U/S   447  IPC  has been registered in P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Keshav Ram S/O Sh. Duma Ram R/O  Loharli PO  Bainthal Tehsil  Karsog District Mandi (HP) that  Jethu Ram S/O Sh. Laturia  R/O  Loharli PO  Bainthal Tehsil Karsog District  Mandi (HP)  illegally &  forcibly  occupied  his  land  at Loharli  .  ASI  Mohan Joshi I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.   

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND MOLESTATION

 

4          Case FIR No. 63/16 dated 17/06/16 U/S 452, 354 IPC has been registered in   P.S. Aut on the complaint of   a lady R/O Nalwagi PO Kholanal Sub-Tehsil Balichowki District Mandi (HP) that on 17/06/16  she was present in her  room, in the mean time  her brother-in-law  namely Hem Raj entered in  her   room and tried    to outrage her modesty . ASI  Mohar Singh  I/C  PP   Balichoki  is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

5         Case FIR No. 186/16 dated  17/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Amar Nath S/O Sh. Krishan Lal  R/O  Batail PO Bhambla Tehsil Sarkaghat  District Mandi (HP) that on 17/06/16  an   unknown   Motor  Cycle rider   came rashly  and  negligently  from  Baldwara  side and  and hit  Garib Dass  who was crossing  the road  and  said  Motor Cycle  rider sped  away from the  spot. HC Prem Singh  I.O. of PP Hatli is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

6          Case FIR No.171/16 dated 17/06/16 U/S  341,  323, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Late. Sh. Jaharu Ram R/O  Kasarla PO  Ratti Teshil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 17/06/16  his brother Puran Chand  obstructed his way and beat him up  and he  sustained injuries. ASI  Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

 

7         Case FIR No. 172/16 dated 17/06/16 U/S  341,  323, 504  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Puran Chand S/O  Late Sh.  Jaharu  Ram  R/O   Kararla Po Ratti  Tehsil Balh   District Mandi (HP) that  when he was  coming back to his home, in the mean time  his brother  obstructed his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  ASI  Khalil Ahmed I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLANS

1.  291 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 66,500 /- was recovered and 17 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1700/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
