1 Case FIR No. 52/16 dated 18/06/16 U/S 379, 34 IPC & U/S 32, 33, 41, 42 Indian Forest Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Sh. Virender Kumar presently posted as Forest Range Officer Kataulla that on the complaint of Forest Guard Chappe Ram, he rushed to the spot at Bambola & Khoba and found that 22 trees were illegally axed and wooden of that trees was missing from the spot and he suspect that it had stole away by unknown culprits . ASI Luxmi Chand I/C of PP Kamad is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 19/06/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Yasodha Kumari W/O Sh. Yashwant Singh R/O Baneshi PO Kanda Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/16 she was cutting grass , in the mean time Khem Ram S/O Sh. Narayan Dass came along with his son namely Chetan Kumar , obstructed her and beat her up and they also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Surrender Kumar I.O. of P.S.Gohar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 87/16 dated 18/06/16 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Ghanshayam R/O Behli PO Bhagshad Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that on 18/06/16 Bhim Singh & Leeladhar resident of same locality, entered in her courtyard and beat her up alongwith her husband and they sustained injuries. ASI Bhom Prakesh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF MOLESTATION & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 163/16 dated 18/06/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by ASI Sharwan Kumar that on 18/06/16 he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Bhour and during the course of patrolling he recovered 5 Liter illicit liquor from the possession of Ram Dass S/O Sh.Bangali Ram R/O Bhour PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) . ASI Sharwan Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
6 Case FIR No. 110/16 dated 18/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Ram Saran Dass VPO Sisoli Tehsil Bhadana District Muzaffar Nagar (UP) that he works as a labourer on NH-154 . On 18/06/16 at about 8:45 PM when he was going to his quarter along with other labourer , in the mean time a Jeep came rashly from Jogindernagar side and hit him and sped away from the spot . ASI Sukesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
7 Case FIR No. 162/16 dated 18/06/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC & U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Smt. Hem Lata Vaidya W/O Sh. Sarabdarshi R/O VPO Bijani Tehsil Sadar Distirct Mandi (HP) that on 18/06/16 she alongwith her daughter namely Eve Vaidya were present at Khaliyar, in the mean time a Scooty (HP33B-3808) came rashly & negligently and his her alongwith her daughter and they both sustained injuries. HC Inder Singh I.O. of PP City is investigating the case.

8 462 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 84,340 /- was recovered and 44 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4400 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
