CASE OF RIOTING AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1    Case FIR No. 102/16 dated  23/06/16  U/S  147, 149, 506 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Som  Dutt S/O Sh. Govind Ram R/O VPO  Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/16  when he was  locking his  house , in the mean time  10 persons  namely  Teju  Ram, Davlu Ram, Tule Ram, Kanhya  Ram , Dilu Ram , Sukhi  Devi , Soma  Devi  , Meena Devi , Somi  Devi  &  Uttam Chand   all  the  resident of same locality, beat him up  and  also threatened him with dire consequences .  ASI  Roop Singh  I.O. of  P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

2     Case FIR No. 103/16 dated 23/06/16  U/S  147, 149, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of   Sh. Maya Dass S/O Sh. Bhadar Singh  R/O  Jhout PO  Barda Tehsil Chachiot  District  Mandi (HP) that on 19/06/16  when  he was  going to his  home  and reached  near Kultinala, in the mean time   6 persons  namely  Hari  Singh , Neter Singh , Ram Chand, Dassi, Kubla Devi, Lachhman  all the resident of same locality   beat him up and he  sustained injuries.  ASI  Roop  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

3          Case FIR No.  101/16 dated 22/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been  registered in  P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of  Sh. Parma Nand  S/O Sh. Kashmir  Singh  R/O  Khuhan PO  Bara Tehsil Chachiot  District Mandi (HP) that on 22/06/16  an  Auto ( Goods Carrier) which was driven by  GhanShyam S/O Keshav Ram R/O Teen Pipal PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar Distt Mandi ( HP)came   rashly  from  Kuklaha side and  when reached near  Patikari  , in the mean time  driver of  said   Auto lost the control  upon  vehicle due to rash driving and      fell down  30 feet downward from the road  and  sustained   injuries.  HC  Chaman Lal  No. 410  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is  investigating the case.

CASE OF CHEATING  & POSSESSION OF FORGED OR COUNTERFEITING CURRENCY NOTES

4          Case FIR No. 65/16 dated  23/06/16  U/S  420, 489(B) & (C) , 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the   complaint of Sh. Ved  Ram S/O Sh. Ghopla Ram R/O  Jhiri PO  Nagwain Sub-Tehsil  Aut  District Mandi (HP) that  on  22/06/16  a   Car ( HR 16G-8592)  stopped  in front of his shop and  a lady  came to his shop   and  purchased  some  article and  on this  said lady  gave him a  note of   Rs 1000/- and  on  suspicion  he   checked  the said note  of Rs. 1000/- and   found that  said  note  is  fake .  On this  said lady  alongwith  two persons  who  were  sitted on   the  above mention car  sped  away from the spot  and  they  were   apprehended  by the  Local  police of P.S. Aut  Police    and indentified   as   Rajeev Kumar  S/O Sh. Jagdish Chand R/O VPO Bakhali Tehsil Pihova District Kurekshetra Haryana Aged 31 years  old &  Sarfaraj  Kuraishi S/O Late Sh. Abbas Kuraishi  R/O Muala Deepa Patti P.O. Didwa Tehsil Sanam District Sangrur Punjab Aged 21 Years and  said lady  is still on large.   SI  Kuldeep  Chand   I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION

5          Case FIR No. 176/16 dated 23/06/16 U/S  354(D) & 509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  a girl  R/O  Dolakh PO  Bhagrotu Tehsil Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  on 22/06/16  when she was  coming alongwith her cousin   and reached near  Chalkha, in the mean time  a  car  came rashly and   suddenly stopped in front of  them   and  driver of said car  started  to  use obscene  gesture  and   filthy  language  to her .  SI  Ram  Krishan  I.O. of P.S.  Balh is investigating the case.

6       298  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 41,200/- was recovered and 41 Challans under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 4100/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
