CASE OF  EXCISE ACT

 

1          Case FIR No.  71/16 dated  28/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Aut by  SI Kuldeep  Chand  that he was on patrolling  along with other police officials  at  Takoli and  during the course of patrolling  he recovered  55 Bottles of  Country Liquor, 8  Bottles of  English Wine &  12 Bottle of Beer  from the possession of  Bhag  Chand  S/O Sh. Hukkam Ram R/O  Takoli PO Panarsa Tehsil  Aut  District Mandi (HP).  SI  Kuldeep   Singh   I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

 2         Case FIR No. 72/16 dated 28/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Aut  by  SI  Kuldeep Chand  that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at   Takoli and during the course of patrolling he recovered  10 Bottles of Country Liquor & 10 Bottles of  English Wine  from the possession of  Maghi  Devi  W/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O  Mundpari PO  Panarsa Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP). SI  Kuldeep  Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the  case.

 

CASE OF   ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3          Case FIR No. 70/16 dated  28/06/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Paras Ram  S/O Sh. Hirda Ram  R/O  Jhiri PO  Nagwain Tehsil Aut  District Mandi (HP) that on 28/06/16    he was present at  the  spot, in mean time a Car (HR69AT-1771)  which was driven by  Ashok  Kumar  came rashly from   Mandi towards Kullu and another Car   came  from  Kullu towards Mandi side rashly   and these  both  cars  collided  with    each other  and  occupants  of both cars sustained  injuries.  HC Anil  Kumar  No. 33  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  ROAD  ACCIDENT  AND DEATH DUE TO RASH ANDNEGLIGENT ACT

 

4          Case FIR No. 171/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S 279, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in  P.S.   Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Kehar Singh  S/O  Late.Sh.  Hukam Chand R/O  Badanu PO  Pandoh Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP)  that on 28/06/16  his brother namely  Lekh Raj  was  standing  alongside the  road, in the mean  time   a Car  came rashly  from Pandoh side and  hit  his brother Lekh Raj S/O  Late. Sh.  Hukkam  Chand  R/O  Badanu PO  Pandoh  Tehsil Sadar District  Mandi (HP)  and   sped  away from the spot.  His Brother  Lekh Raj rushed to Z.H.  Mandi where  M.O. declared  him brought dead . HC  Yashpal No. 14  I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF  NDPS ACT

5          Case FIR No.  114/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S  20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI Rajesh Kumar  I.O. of P.S.Jogindernagar that  today  at about  12:45  PM  he  was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at  Hata and during  the course of patrolling he recovered  84 Gram   Charas  from the possession of  Kali Dass S/O Sh. TiKKu Ram  R/O  Karsehar PO  Sudhar Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP).  ASI  Rajesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar  is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

6          Case FIR No. 113/16 dated 29/06/16 U/S  39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Jogindernagar  by  ASI  Tersem Singh  that  today he was on patrolling along with other police officials  and during  the checking of   Car( HP29A-8806) he recovered  24  Bottles of   English Wine,  7 Bottles of Country  Liquor  & ( 12 Bottles  of English Wine &  5 Bottles also    found in broken  condition )   from the possession of  Vinod  Kumar@  Monte S/O Sh. Prem Singh  R/O  Matroo Tehsil  Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP).  ASI Tersem Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS  CASE

  7        Accused  Sagar Kumar  S/O   Late. Sh.  Anil  Kumar R/O  House  No. 244/11  near Circuit  House  Tarna  Hills   Mandi  aged 19 years old arrested by the local Police  of Police Post  City  Mandi who was wanted in Case FIR No.  165/16 dated 25/06/16  U/S  457, 380 IPC of P.S. Sadar Mandi and recovered ornaments  of golden, silver and  artificial jewelry  from his possession  and also recovered  cash of worth Rs.15,130/-  from his possession. 

CHALLANS

 8       251  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 28,200  /- was recovered and 16  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
