CASE OF NDPS ACT

 

1          Case FIR  No. 176/16 dated 06/07/16 U/S 20 of  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar by HC  Tek Chand No. 03 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that  today   he  laid a nakka  along with other police officials at  Chamukha and   during the course of  checking of Bus(HR37D-6541)  he  recovered    528 Gram  Charas ( Cannabis)   from the  possession of  Manjeet  Singh  S/O  Late. Sh.  Mukhtyar  Singh  R/O  Mohanpura  Tehsil  & District  Tarantaran (PB) .  HC Tek Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating  the case.

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY  AND HURT

 

1          Case FIR  No.  185/16 dated  05/07/16 U/S  341,  323, 34 IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Prem Saini S/O Sh. Chaman Saini R/O  Kohal(Sihan) PO  Gagal Tehsil Balh  District   Mandi (HP) that on 02/07/16  he was  coming back to  his home  from Gaggal and when reached  near Panchyat Ghar, in the mean time  Tarun Sharma came along with  three persons and obstructed his way  and beat him up . SI  Vikash  Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE  OF KIDNAPPING

 

2          Case  FIR No. 186/16 dated 06/07/16 U/S  363  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of  of  a   person R/O  VPO  Kummi Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that  Rinku  S/O Sh. Ramesh   R/O  House No.  35   Ward No. 05  Kurali(PB)  kidnapped his daughter.  ASI   Rajinder Singh  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

3         Case FIR No. 106/16 dated 06/07/16  U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Gur Singh  S/O Sh. Tassi Lal R/O  Chogara PO  Surah  District Mandi (HP) that on 06/07/16   Manoj Kumar S/O Sh. Mahinder Pal R/O  Patta PO  Naswar   Tehsil Ghumarwain District Bilaspur(HP)   came by  Car (HP74-5170) with rashly and negligently   and hit   to  Sh.  Tikkam  and  he sustained injuries.  HC Chaman Lal  No. 410  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

4          Case FIR No. 180/16 dated 06/07/16 U/S  279, 337   IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sadar on the  complaint of Sh. Kamal  Sood  S/O Sh. Ved  Prakash Sood  R/O  Ward No. 1  Near Gugli Khad Jogindernagar  District  Mandi (HP) that  today  he  was  going by  his Crane(HP21-0715)  and when reached near Bijani, in the  mean  time  a Motor Cycle ( HP76-1764)  which was  ridden  by  Vinod Kumar  S/O Sh. Rattan Chand   came  rashly from opposite side and  collided  with  said  crane and sustained injuries.  ASI  Ramesh Chand  I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.

 

 CASE  OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

 

5         Case FIR No.  205/16 dated  05/07/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in  P.S.  Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Shyam Lal  R/O  Maran PO  Chowk Tehsil Baldwara District  Mandi  (HP) that  on  05/07/16  a  Car ( HP 32B-0993)  which was   driven  by  Dhawan  Kumar  S/O Sh.  Roop   Lal  R/O  Jagrout  PO Balt   Tehsil Balh District  Mandi (HP)  came rashly and  negligently and  fell down  at about  350/400 feet downward from the road and sustained injuries. . SI  Ashwani  Kumar  I/C of  PP Hatli is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

 6         339   Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 38,200/- was recovered  and  17  challan  were  issued under  COTPA  and  fine of Rs. 1700/-  was   recovered  and  2 challan  were issued under Mining Act and  fine  of Rs. 7100 /- was  recovered during last 24  hous.
