CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1        Case FIR No. 78/16 dated  14/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered   in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh.  Prem Chand S/O Sh. Bihari Lal  VPO  Bhutti Tehsil   & District Kullu(HP) presently working as  a   conductor  in HRTC   Depot Kullu .  On  13/07/16  he alongwith  driver Puran Chand  were  on    duty   along with Bus (HP66A-1452)   which was  on the  way  Delhi to  Manali and when they reached near  Shani  Mandir , in the mean time a Car (HP33A-2775) came rashly   and negligently  from  Kullu   side and collided with  said  Bus  and   driver of said car  alongwith other  occupants  who  were   boarded on said car sustained injuries.  ASI  Hari Singh  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

2       Case  FIR No. 57/16 dated 14/07/16 U/S  336, 304(A)  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  on the complaint of Sh. Ajay  Kumar S/O Sh. Roshan Lal  R/O  Khabal PO Urla Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) that today  his  sister   came to his  home alongwith   her    two children  and  when his sister was  busy to  teach   his   elder  child,  in the mean time  her  younger  child   namely Suryansh aged   one & half  years old   touch the   iron  and   got a   huge electric shock and  fell down   at  about  4/ 5 feet   away   from the spot  and  they carried  him to CH Padhar for  treatment  but  M.O. CH Padhar declared  him brought  dead.  This  incident occurred due to rash and negligent  act of  Electricity Board.  ASI  Ramesh  Kumar  I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

3        Case FIR No. 58/16 dated  14/07/16 U/S  279,337, 304(A)  IPC  has been registered in P.S.  Padhar  on the complaint of Sh. Uttam Chand  S/O Sh. Chobbe Ram R/O  Guru Based  House  No. 441 Ward No. 11 Dalpur  Kullu (HP) that  today   he  alongwith Hari  Ram  S/O Sh.  Dhani Ram,  Nirmla Devi W/O  Chaman Lal &  Suraj S/O Sh. Hari Ram  were  going to attend the   marriage  by  Maruit Van(HP34B-6579)   and   on the way  they gave the lift to  Ajay Kumar S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Vill. Kharsa PO Gumma Tehsil Padhar District  Mandi and when they reached near  Dhwapa Padwahan, in the  mean time driver of said vehicle   namely Hari  Ram lost  the  control  on the vehicle due to rash driving  and  fell down from the road,    all the  occupants sustained  injuries and   two  occupants  namely Ajay  Kumar S/O Sh. Biri Singh R/O Vill. Kharsa PO Gumma Tehsil Padhar Distt Mandi (HP) aged  21 years  old   and  driver of a said   vehicle  namely  Hari  Ram  S/O Sh.  Dhani Ram R/O  Village  Naina Shree PO  Peej  Tehsil  & District  Kullu   aed  52  years  old rushed  to CH  Padhar  for treatment where  MO CH Padhar declared  them  brought  dead.  ASI Ramesh Kumar  I.O. of  PP Kamand  is investigating the case.

    CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4        Case FIR No. 190/16 dated 13/07/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chitamani S/O Sh. Swaru Ram R/O  Vill Dolakh PO  Bhagrotu Tehsil  Balh  District Mandi (HP) that on 13/07/16 he alongwith  Pankaj  Kumar  were    going to Nerchowk by  his  Car(HP33D-3217)  and they reached near  Dadour, in the mean time  a Tanker (JK02AU-1227)  which was driven by   Ranveer Singh  S/O Sh. Chhaju Ram R/O  VPO  Ghomnasha, Tehsil  Jammu District (J&K)  came rashly and negligently   and  hit his car and one occupant namely Pankaj sustained injuries.  HC  Raj Kumar  No. 49  I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

5.    117  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  13,527 /- was recovered and 3Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 300/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
