CRIME REPORT 17 JULY


CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No.  192/16 dated 17/07/16 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of  Sh. Avinash Kumar  S/O Sh. Lekh Ram R/O  Jugahan Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that    today  he was  going to Nalsar alongwith his  friend namely  Sunil Kumar   & Nikhil  Kumar by   Motor Cycle (HP31A- 5865)  which was ridden by   Sunil  Kumar  R/O  Pipli PO Troh District Mandi (HP)   and when they reached near  Syanh , in  the mean time  rider of said Motor  Cycle lost the  control  due to  rash and negligent    ridding  and hit  a  person namely   Jai  Prashad  who was walking alongside the road  as result   they  fell down on the road  and sustained injuries.  ASI  Khalil Ahmad I/O  of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

               
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND HURT

2         Case FIR No. 107/16 dated 16/07/16  U/S  452,  323 IPC    has been registered in  P.S.  Gohar on the  complaint of Sh.   Dharam Chand S/O Sh. Mani Ram  R/O  Lamb PO  Thunag  District Mandi (HP) that  on 14/07/16  he had  gone to  home of  Sh. Bheem Sen  S/O Sh. Nand  Lal  R/O  Deji Tehsil Thunag  District Mandi (HP) as a guest. At about 11:30  PM  Luder mani  S/O Sh. Mohar   Singh  R/O  Brahad PO Thunag  District  Mandi  entered in the courtyard of  Sh.  Bheem Sen,  beat him up and  and he  sustained injuries.  HC  Birbal Singh  No. 72  I.O. of PP  Janjehli is investigating the case.
 
CASE OF HURT 

3             Case FIR No. 108/16 dated  17/07/16 U/S 323, 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S.  Gohar on the  complaint of Sh. Tara Chand  S/O Sh. Mangat Ram VPO  Shalla Tehsil  Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that  on 14/07/16  Duni Chand  &  Ved  Parkash  both are the resident of  Dan PO Gohar Tehsil Gohar  District Mandi (HP) beat him  along with his nephew Rajnder Kumar  and they both sustained  injuries.  ASI Roop Singh  I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

 

CHALLANS

 

  1. 303 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs.  41,500 /- was recovered and 20 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2000/- was recovered and 2 Challan was issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 11,700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
