CASE OF RIOTING & RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
1 Case FIR No. 215/16 dated 19/07/16 U/S 143, 336 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat by Lady Constable Neelam No. 397 presently posted at P.S. Sarkaghat that today at about 11:55 AM she was on law &order duty at Govt. Degree College Sarkaghat , in the mean time about 6 students of ABVP assembled at the college campus under the leadership of Abhishek . They raised anti govt. slogans and also burnt the effigy of Govt. of H.P. ASI Naresh Kumar IO of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No.183/16 dated 18/07/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Smt. Anubala W/O Sh. Vijay Kumar R/O Kankari PO Dindvi Tikar Tehsil & District Hamirpur(HP) that on 18/07/16 she alongwith her husband were present near Naresh furniture Shop at Bhojpur Bazar, in the mean time a Car (UP21AH-1766) came rashly and negligently from Cinema chowk side and hit her and she sustained injuries. ASI Balak Ram I/C of Traffic Sundernagar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
3 308 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 74,200/- was recovered and 18 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1800/-was during last 24 hours.
