CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND HURT
1 Case FIR No. 88/16 dated 06/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Jasvinder Singh S/O Sh. Gurucharan Singh R/O Lehara Gaga Tehsil Munkh District Punjab presently residing at Sultanpur Raja-ka-behra Kullu(HP) that he runs a jeweler shop at Dhalpur Kullu. On 06/08/16 his son namely Himanshu was going to his brother-in-law's home by his Motor Cycle (PB-13AS-9729) , in the mean time Ganga Ram S/O Sh. Sankar R/O VPO Nagwain Sub- Tehsil Aut came there and obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Yougender Pal No. 39 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.

2 Case FIR No. 89/16 dated 07/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Khushwinder Singh S/O Sh. Bhagwan Dass R/O Banala PO Panarsa Sub-Tehsil Aut District Mandi (HP) that on 05/08/2016 Golu Ram S/O Sh. Meena Ram, Chinu S/O Sh. Sunder Thakur both are the resident of Takoli obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
3 Case FIR No. 204/16 dated 06/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 ,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Devi Roop S/O Sh. Khema Ram VPO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/16 when he was going to his home from Kummi, in the mean time Vinay Kumar, Bhima Ram , Tingu came there by his car , obstructed his way and beat him up and when his brother namely Daya Ram tried to escape her then they also beat him up and they both are sustained injuries. ASI Rajinder Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 205/16 dated 07/08/16 U/S 451, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Bhimu Ram S/O Sh. Nokh Ram R/O Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/16 at about 9PM when he was present in his home, in the mean time Tilak Raj, Pannu , Prakash & Daya Ram entered in his courtyard and beat him up alongwith his wife and they sustained injuries. SI Jai Lal I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, MOLESTATION AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
5 Case FIR No. 69/16 dated 06/08/16 U/S 147, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 354(D) , 509 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of a girl & Khekh Ram both are the resident of Kathog Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP) received through Ld Court JMIC- Jogindernagar U/S 156(3) Cr. P.C. that on 08/07/16 & 09/07/16 Pratap , Tilak, Tek Ram, Uma Devi, Khubkala all the resident of Kathog P.O. Kathog Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP), obstructed their way , assaulted upon them & applied the criminal force to her with intention to outrage her modesty and also threatened them with dire consequences. ASI Ramesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Padhar is investigating the case.

6 148 Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 27,600/- was recovered and 6 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
