CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
1 Case FIR No. 95/16 dated 13/08/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/O Sh. Bidhi Chand R/O Ghaghanpur PO Mukarokur Tehsil Sarhind District Fatehgarh Sahib (PB) that he is the driver of Tempo(PB02A-6474) . On 12/08/16 he was coming from Raison alongwith apples loaded said tempo and when reached near Aut tunnel, in the mean time an Alto Car(HP28A-4946) which was driven by Vikash Verma, came rashly and negligently from Mandi side and hit his tempo as result driver of said car sustained injuries. ASI Hari Singh I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF WORD, GESTURE OR ACT INTENDED TO INSULT THE MODESTY OF A WOMAN AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 211/16 dated 12/08/16 U/S 504, 509, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of a lady R/O Chowki Chandrahan PO Riur Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 23/06/16 she was grazing the cattles, in the mean time Jagdish S/O Sh. Majnu Ram resident of the same locality came there and started to misbehave with her in obscene manner and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Anand Kishor I/O PS Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT
3 Case FIR No. 123/16 dated 13/08/16 U/S 279, 304(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Hans Raj R/O Tillar PO Shikawari PO Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 12/08/16 he alongwith Hukkam Chand R/O Sanjala PO Shikawari Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) were coming from Janjehli by Tractor(HP65-3991) which was driven by Hukam Chand and when they reached near Bakhalwar, in the mean time driver of said tractor lost the control on said vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and fell down at about 500 mtr. downward from the road as a result driver of said tractor namely Hukkam Chand R/O Sanjala PO Shikawari Tehsil Thunag District Mandi aged 45 years old died on the spot. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
4 Case FIR No. 137/16 dated 13/08/16 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh.Vijay Kumar S/O Sh. Amar Bahadur R/O Bheru PO Ahju Tehsil Jogindernagar District Mandi (HP) that his daughter namely Raveena aged 16 years old, his son namely Akash aged 12 years old, his nephew Sanjeev aged 15 years old & his step brother namely Ram Bahadur aged 17 years old is missing since 11/08/16 and he suspect that some unknown person kidnapped all of them . SI Kuldeep Singh I/C of PP Ghatta is investigating the case.
5 Case FIR No. 215/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sita Ram S/O Sh. Raghu Ram R/O Mahotla PO Balt Tehsil Balh Distict Mandi (HP) that on 11/08/16, in the mean time Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Jajrout (Balt) & Chaman Lal resident of the same locality obstructed his way and beat him up. ASI Vinod Kumar I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.
CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
6 Case FIR No. 216/16 dated 11/08/16 U/S 341, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Chaman Lal S/O Sh. Karam Dass R/O Jajrout PO Balt Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 11/08/16 Sita Ram S/O Sh. Raghu Ram R/O Mahotla PO Balt District Mandi (HP) obstructed his way and beat him up . ASI Khalil Ahmed I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

266 Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 30,600 /- was recovered and 24 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2500 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
