CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

1          Case FIR No. 96/16 dated 13/08/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has     been registered in P.S.  Aut on the complaint of  Sh. Khem  Raj  S/O Sh. Bhup Singh  R/O  Kistanu PO Thela  Tehsil  Bhunter  District  Kullu (HP)  that   he is  the driver of  Tipper (HP34D-1906). On   13/08/16  he was   coming  from   Manihar (Shilaghad) to Panarsa and when reached  near Nagwain  in the  mean time  a Jeep(HP72-2429)  which   was driven by Ram Ashara S/O Sh.  Bakshish  Singh  R/O  Dhaluwal  PO  Saloh  District  Una (HP) came  rashly  and negligently from Mandi side and  collided with  said   tipper . After that   said  Jeep  also  hit   Car(HP01K-2857). This  incident occurred  due to rash and negligent  driving   by  driver of said Jeep driver namely Ram Ashara. HC  Anil  Kumar  No. 33  I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.  

 

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL  INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 114/16 dated 14/08/16  U/S  342,  323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the  complaint of  Sh.  Mansha Ram  S/O Sh. Budhi  Singh R/O  Jach PO  Churidhar  Tehsil  Karsog  District Mandi (HP) that  on 13/08/16  he was  going to home by his Car and when reached  near Seri  Banglo , in the  mean time  Ranjeet  Singh  S/O Sh. Partap Singh  R/O  Tarala PO  Chattri Tehsil Thunag  ,   salesman wine shop  namely  Sanjay  & Hukkam Chand  came there  and beat him up and   obstructed him in his  wine shop  and  threatened him with dire consequences.  ASI  Bhom Parkesh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND  CRIMINAL INTIMIDAITON

3          Case FIR No. 115/16 dated 14/08/16 U/S  451,  323, 506 , 356, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh.  Ranjeet Singh  S/O Sh. Partap Singh  R/O  Tarala PO  Chattri Tehsil Thunag  District Mandi (HP) that on 13/08/16  he  alongwith Duryodhan  Kumar  were  present in his  wineshop at Seri  Banglo, in the mean time  Mansha Ram S/O Sh. Budhi Singh R/O  Jach PO  Churidhar Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP)  came along with   Pitamber Lal, entered in his   wine shop , assaulted upon them  and  also  threatened  him with  dire consequences.  ASI  Jhabe Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

 

4         Case FIR No. 113/16 dated 13/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S.  Gohar  by  ASI  Amar Singh  Incharge  PP  Pangna  that on 13/08/16  he was on patrolling alongwith other  police officials at Pangna and during the course  of patrolling he recovered  3750 ML  Country  Liquor  from the possession  of  Deep  Kumar S/O Sh. Jiunu Ram  VPO  Pangna Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP).  ASI   Amar Singh  I/C of PP  Pangna is investigating the case.

 

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT  AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

 

5         Case FIR No. 94/16 dated 13/08/16 U/S 279, 337, 304(A)  IPC  & U/S  187  MV Act has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tassi S/O Sh.  Tassi Tundup  R/O  Chokalmsar PO  Choklam  District Leh-Ladakh (J&K)   that he is the driver of  Truck(JK01B-4809).  On 13/08/16 he  parked his  truck  at  Dhanotu near  NH-21  and owner of the truck namely  Sonam Thakpa  was also present  there, in the mean time  a  Car  (HR46D-7366)  came rashly and negligently from  Sundernagar side and  hit   Sonam  Thakpa and sped away from the spot  and   Sonam  Thakpa   sustained injuries and  brought  to  Hospital  Sundernagar where Sonam Thakpa S/O Sh.  Chimi House No.  110  Camp  No. 2 Chokalmsar PO. Choklam District Leh-Ladakh (J&K) aged 71 years old   declared  brought dead by   M.O.  of CH  Sundernagar. ASI  Jagdish  Kumar  I.O. of  P.S.  BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

ACCUSED ARRESTED IN PREVIOUS CASE

 

6          Accused  Jashwant Singh  S/O Sh. Krishan Chand  R/O   Siyun PO  & Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP)  aged  34 years old  has been  arrested in Case FIR  No.  73/16  dated  12/08/16  U/S  376, 506 IPC & U/S  4 of  POCSO Act  of P.S. Padhar .  Arrested by  SI  Vinod  Kumar SHO of P.S. Padhar  on 13/08/16  at about 7:30  PM.

 

CHALLANS

1.  303  Vehicles were  challaned  under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 56,300/- was recovered  and  23 challans  were  issued under COTPA  Act  and fine of Rs. 2300/- was recovered   and 1   challan were  issued  under  Mining Act and  fine of Rs.  7800/-  was  recovered during last 24 hours.
