CASE OF EXCISE ACT
1 Case FIR No. 212/16 dated 14/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar by ASI Anand Kishore I.O. of P.S. Sadar that on 14/08/16 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials and during the course of patrolling he recovered 7 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Bhupender Pal S/O Sh. Prem Singh VPO Talyahar Tehsil Sadar District Mandi . ASI Anand Kishor I.O. of P.S. Sadar is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
2 Case FIR No. 116/16 dated 14/08/16 U/S 451, 342,504, 506 , 509, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog in the complaint of Smt. Sita Devi W/O Sh. Kripa Ram R/O Kahnu PO Balidhi Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) that Som Krishan, Guddi Devi , Het Ram, Surat Ram , Rebti Devi , HansRaj & Nitu entered in her courtyard and beat her husband namely Kripa Ram and also threatened them with dire consequences. ASI Bhom Parkesh I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

3 227 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 39,400 /- was recovered and 24 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2400/- was recovered and 3 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs. 8500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
