NON-ATTENDANCE IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER FROM PUBLIC SERVANT
1 Case FIR No. 118/16 dated 18/08/16 U/S 174(A) IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog by ASI Swaroop Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog that on 18/08/16 he succeeded to arrest the proclaimed offender Gouri Dutt S/O Sh. Durga Dass R/O Kot PO Churag Tehsil Karsog District Mandi (HP) at Sanarli Chownk, who was wanted in NIA Act of P.S. Karsog and declared proclaimed offender by Ld-Court JMIC Karsog on 05/05/16 . ASI Swaroop Ram I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.
CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT
2 Case FIR No. 126/16 dated 18/08./16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in P .S. Gohar on the complaint of Smt. Devindri Devi W/O Sh. Chaman Lal R/O Chakadyalidhar PO Lambathach Tehsil Thunag District Mandi (HP) that on 18/08/16 she alongwith her family members were coming from Lambathach and when they reached Lambathach Bus Stand at 11:35 AM, in the mean time a Car(HP35-3088) which was driven by Daulat Ram S/O Sh. Indru Ram R/O Village Kather Tehsil Anni District Kullu (HP) came rashly and negligently from Thunag side and hit her daughter namely Divya Kumari and she sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I.O. of PP Janjehli is investigating the case.
CASE OF EXCISE ACT
3 Case FIR No. 75/16 dated 18/08/16 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Padhar by ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S. Padhar that he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Boaching and during the course of patrolling he recovered 9 Bottles of Country Liquor from the possession of Narender Singh S/O Sh. Jhagadu Ram R/O VPO Boaching Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Joginder Singh I.O. of P.S.Padhar is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
287 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 32,600 -/- was recovered and 25 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 2500/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
