CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1          Case FIR No. 121/16 dated 21/08/16 U/S  323, 504, 506, 34  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Karsog  on the complaint of Sh. Khub  Chand  S/O Sh.  Gouri  R/O Chalag PO  Jassal Tehsil   Karsog District  Mandi (HP) that on 20/08/16  he was present at Gram Shabha meeting  at gram panchayat  Sahaj, in the  mean time  Gulabu Devi  W/O Sh. Kashar Singh , Kamal Singh S/O Sh. Kashmir Singh  &   Kaushayala Devi  W/O Sh. Sohan Singh  all the  resident of   the  same  locality  beat him up and he  sustained injuries. They also threatened him with dire consequence.   ASI  Swaroop  Ram  I.O. of P.S. Karsog is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2          Case FIR No. 215/16 dated  21/08/16 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Balkrishan S/O  Late. Sh. Okhi Ram R/O House No. 149/11 Thanehra Muhalla  Mandi (HP)  that  his wife  Durga  Sharma, who is living  separately, obstructed his  way and  beat him up and  also threatened  him with   dire consequences.  HC  Nand Lal  No. 892 I.O. of  PP  City  Mandi is investigating the case.

 CASE OF  CRUELTY  BY HUSBAND  & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES

3          Case  FIR  No.  213 /16  dated 21/08/16  U/S  498(A)  IPC  has  been registered in P.S.  Sundernagar on the complaint of   Smt.   Deepti  Sethi  D/O  Sh.  M.L. Bhardwaj R/O  House No. 47/5 Haripur PO  Sundernagar  District Mandi (HP) that  she was married  during the year  2014, but After some time of marriage her mother- in-law  started to harass her physically and mentally by demanding  dowry and   also  beat  her up brutally.  SI  Manmohan Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

  ARREST OF ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

 4          Accused  Bhimu Ram S/O Sh. Nokhu Ram  R/O  VPO  Kummi  Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP)  &  Gagan Kumar S/O Sh. Palu  Ram  VPO  Kummi Tehsil   Balh  District Mandi (HP)  have been arrested by ASI  Rajinder Singh   I.O. of P.S. Balh  from  Kummi who were wanted in   Case FIR No. 204/16 dated  06/08/16  U/S  341,  323, 324, 326, 504, 506 , 34 IPC  of  P.S. Balh.

5           207  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 30,600/- was recovered and 8  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 800 /- was recovered  during last 24 hours.
