CASE OF  OBSTRUCTING WAY & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION.

1.     Case FIR No. 224/16 dated 23-8-16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the Complaint of Smt. Savitri W/O Ravi Dass R/O Village Darvehar  PO Rajwari Tehsil Balh,  District. Mandi HP that on 23-08-16 at 7.30 AM her brother-in-law Yashwant obstructed her way and beat her up due to which she sustained injuries.  HC  Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I /O PS Balh is investigating this case.

2.     Case FIR No. 226/16 dated 23/8/16 U/S 341, 323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the written complaint of Smt Guddi Devi W/O  Sh Devi Rup R/O  Vill Rathoha  PO Tikkar Tehsil Balh  Distt Mandi (HP)  that her son namely Piyush is studying in 5th class in Mansa Devi Public High School Chadyal that  on 23/08/16 Principal of said School Namely Meena Thakur beat up her son during school  hours and she also restrained him in a room of school.   HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.   CASE OF OBSTRCTING WAY & HURT 3. Case FIR No 129/16 Dated 23-8-2016 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of Sh. Bhag Singh S/O Sh. Kamala Ram R/O VPO Shivthana, Tehsil Thunag,  Distt Mandi, that on 22-8-16 at 07.15 PM Mine Ram and Chaman  Lal obstructed his way and beat him up due to which he sustained injuries. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 917 I/O PP Janjehali of PS Gohar is investigating this case. CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 4.     Case FIR NO 216/14 DT 23-08-16 U/S 341,323,504  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj  S/O Sh. Nikka Ram R/O VPO Slapper Tehsil & PS Sunderenagar, District Mandi, HP that on 23/08/16 at 06.15 PM when he was  buying Vegetables in the mean time  Tulsi Ram obstructed his way and beat him up due to which  he sustained injuries. HC Tek Chand No. 902 I.O. of   PS Sunder Nagar is investigating this case.   CASE OF HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION 5.     Case FIR NO 123/16 Dated 23/8/16 U/S 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Karsog on the Complaint of Smt. Gulabu Devi W/O Sh. Keshar Singh R/O Village Sahaj, PO Jassal, Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi HP that on 20/08/16 She was present at Gram Shabha meeting at Garam Panchyat Sahaj in the mean time   Sh. Khub Chand S/O Gouri Village Chalag PO Jassal Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi HP beat  her up and she sustained injuries. ASI Sahab Singh I/O PS Karsog is investigating this case. CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDAITON   6.     Case FIR no. 143/16 dated 22-8-16 U/S  354B, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Joginder Nagar on the complaint of Smt. Kaushalya Devi W/O  Sh. Nek Ram R/O Village Nagan, PO Drubbal,  Tehsil Jogindernagar, District Mandi HP that on 22.08.2016 when she was cutting grass near her cowshed, in the mean time Tulsi Ram S/O Hari Singh R/O Village Nagan, PO Drubbal, Tehsil Jogindernagar, District Mandi HP came there and tried to outrage her modesty,  abused her, beat her up and also threatened to her with dire consequences. ASI Ashok Kumar I/C P.P. Bassi of PS Jogindernagar is investigating this case.   CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT. 7.     Case FIR No. 225/16 dated 23/8/16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of Sh Abhadhesh Kumar s/o Sh Ramvali vill & PO Gadopur Tehsil & PS Badlapur Distt Jaunpur UP that on 23/8/16 at about 1.00 PM one Child Namely Rakesh Kumar was crossing the road at Dadour in the mean time one truck No. HP-12G-5771 came very rashly from Sundernagar side and hit the said child. Due to which said child Rakesh Kumar sustained injuries. This incident is happened due to the rash and negligent driving by  Driver Satish Kumar S/O  Sh Vishambhar Dass R/O  VPO Rajot Tehsil Tehsil Baijnath Distt Kangra . HC Rajesh Kumar No. 64 I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

8.     Case FIR No. 76/16 Dated 23-08-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been 
registered in PS Padhar on the complaint of Sh.Rajender Singh 
S/O Sh. Chhanga Ram R/O Vill. Silhbudhani, Tehsil Padhar, District 
Mandi HP that on 23-08-16 at 03.30 PM Rajender Singh along with
 Aman Thakur S/O Sh. Moti Ram were going to Dalah by cycle 
and when they reached at Dalah in the mean time one unknown 
Vehicle came rashly and hit their cycle and sped  away from the 
spot due to which they sustained injuries. HC Thakur Singh No. 31
 I/O PS Padhar is investigating this case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT 

9.     Case Fir No 215 /16 dated 23-8-16 U/S 279, 337 IPC has been registered in PS Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh Asjad S/O Sh Manjura R/O Malakpur P/O Kanthala Tehsil Keyrana Distt Shamli, UP,  that on 23-08-16 at 12.45 PM when he was going along with his cousin  Mehtab and Nephew Ehshan near  PWD Rest House Sundernagar,  in the mean time an auto (HP 05-1108) came from bus stand Sundernagar side very rashly and negligently  which was driven by Surender Pal and hit Mehtab due to which Mehtab sustained injuries. ASI Balak Ram I/C TTR Sunder Nagar is investigating this case.

10.                         296 Challans were issued under MV Act and Fine of Rs. 33900/- was recovered, 12 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and Fine of Rs. 1200/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
