1. Case FIR No. 97/16 dated 25/08/2106 U/S 341,323,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. BSL Colony Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Krishan Dayal S/O Sh. Totu Ram R/O Vill. Charog PO Rakol Tehsil Nihri Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/2016 he was going to his home and on the way Uma Dutt R/O Vill. Charog obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened to him with dire consequences. ASI Pushp Dev Incharge P.P. Nihri is investigating the case.

2. Case FIR No. 144/16 dated 24/08/2106 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Padhar on the complaint of Smt. Shringanli Devi W/O Late Sh. Chuhadu Ram R/O Vill. Ropa Padhar PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that a scooty (HP29A-7888) which coming from back side hit her and she sustained injuries. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S.Jogidernagar is investigating the case.

3. Case FIR No. 146/16 dated 25/08/2016 U/S 451,324,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Tara Chand S/O Sh. Kathu Ram R/O Tharat Galu PO Urla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Pachhyan PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) entered in his shop and he beat up Sh. Nag Ram @ Har Bhajan who was sitting on the counter of his shop and when he was escaping said Sh. Nag Ram he also sustained injuries. SI Pritam Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

4. Case FIR No. 147/16 dated 25/08/2016 U/S 451,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Anant Ram R/O Pachhyan PO Gumma Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Hem Raj beat him along with his friend Sh. Devender Kumar without any reason and they both sustained injuries. Jogindernagar that he was on patrolling along with other police officials at Ropa Padhar and during the patrolling he recovered 4 bottles of country liquor from the possession of Ghanshyam S/O Sh. Mandi (HP) that on 21/08/2016 his daughter aged 13 year old went to Cholthara bazaar but she did not come back. He searched out her everywhere but she could not traced out. 7. Case FIR No. 240/16 dated 24/08/2016 U/S 363,366 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the written complaint of a person R/O VPO Rissa Tehsil Sarkaght Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 23/08/16 at about 10 AM his daughter aged 17 years old went to Sarkaghat bazaar but she did not returned back and he suspect that Sunny Kumar S/O Sh. Inder Singh R/O Vill. Kheelgalu PO Tikkar Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi (HP) kidnapped his daughter with the intention to marry with her. ASI Thakur Dass I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CASE OF RIOTING, HURT AND INTIMIDATION
8. Case FIR No. 242/16 dated 25/08/2016 U/S 147,148,323,504 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Dhameshwar S/O Sh. Dile Ram R/O Vill. Dhaboi PO Jehmat Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/2016 he along with his father were present at Bhambla Sahkari Sabha, in the mean time Pradhan said Sabha Kamlesh Kumar beat him up and his father along with other 10-12 persons and they both sustained injuries. HC Prem Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRULETY BY HUSBAND AND HUSBAND'S RELATIVES
10. Case FIR No. 229/16 dated 25/08/2016 U/S 498A IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Balbir Kaur W/O Late Sh. Devinder Kaur R/O Vill. Banwarkala PO Dharampur Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt.Mandi (HP) that marriage of her daughter Smt. Kuldeep Kaur was solemnized with Ram Sharan S/O Sh. Punnu Ram R/O Dhangu PO Nerchowk Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) 13 years ago and her son-in-law Ram Sharan is torturing her daughter since long and he also beat her up. ASI Khalil Ahmed I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

Aakhel Kashyap R/O VPO Nagchala Tehsil Balh Distt.Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/2016 a car (HP28-4874) came rashly from wrong side and struck with his car (HP33E-4400) and sped away from the spot. Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/2016 about 5 PM a jeep (HP10A-5329) hit her husband at Halyater due to which her husband namely Rup Lal S/O Sh. Brikam R/O Halyater PO Dasehara Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) aged 53 years old died on the spot. ASI Bodh Raj incharge P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

Mandi (HP) that on 24/08/2016 Govind Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand and his wife Chanchla Devi entered in his home beat him up and after sometime Beli Ram S/O Sh. Puran Chand and Rohit S/O Sh. Gian Chand also came there and they all beat him up. HC Raj Kumar I.O. of P.P. Sandhole is investigating the case.
CHALLAN
15. 366 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 43,800/- was recovered and 9 challans were issued under COTPA and fine of Rs. 900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
