CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION
1 Case FIR No. 232/16 dated 07/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Nanak Chand S/O Sh. Ganga Ram R/O Dhar PO Nalag Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 06/09/16 Suresh Kumar came along with his mother Ruko Devi resident of same locality, obstructed his way and beat him up and they also threatened him with dire consequences. HC Girdahri Lal No. 30 I.O. of PP Dehar is investigating the case.

2. 291 Challans were issued under MV Act and Fine of Rs.39,100/- was recovered, 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and Fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
