CRIME REPORT 09 SEP.

CASE OF  ROAD ACCIDENT  AND DEATH DUE TO RASH  AND NEGLIGENT ACT

 1         Case FIR No.  256/16 dated  09/09/16  U/S  279, 337 & 304 (A) IPC has been registered in P.S.  Sarkaghat on  the complaint of Sh. Vijay  Kumar S/O  Sh.  Krishnu Ram R/O  Jablayana PO  Nanwan  Tehsil Ghumarwin District Bilaspur  presently   working as  driver  with   Chandigarh Transport  Undertaking.  On  today   he  was on duty with  Bus (CH01-GI-7537)     which was on its route  from   Baijnath to Chandigarh  and  when   said  bus  reached  near Parchhu, in the mean time  a Motor Cycle (HP28A-3114) which was  ridden by  Nishant  came rashly  from behind  and  tried to overtake   said   Bus  and  during  overtaking  of Bus  rider  of  said Motor Cycle  lost the control  on his   Motor Cycle  and fell  down on the road   as a result     rider  namely Nishant  sustained  injuries and his father  namely  Gian Chand  S/O Sh. Balak Ram  R/O Taryambla PO Longni Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi  aged  56  years  old who was  also sitted  on said Motor Cycle  declared  brought dead by M.O.  C.H. Sarkaghat.  ASI   Thakur  Dass  I.O. of P.S.  Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

 2         Case FIR No. 245/16 dated 08/09/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC  &  U/S 184 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Harish Kumar  S/O Sh.  Prem Kumar R/O Nagchalla Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 08/09/16  when  he was present his home at Nagchalla, in the mean time he  heard the loud noise and he came out  from his home  and  found that  a School Bus(HP65-2142)  hit a  three Wheeler, boundary wall , an Alto car (HP32A-0339)    and thereafter a  Scooter(HP33-2689) which was parked  outside the complainant's  home  as result  two person who were sitted  in  three  wheeler sustained injuries.   This  accident occurred  due to rash and negligent  driving by driver of said Bus  namely  Anil  Kumar.  ASI  Shamsher Singh  I.O. of  P.S.   Balh is investigating the case.

 

 CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

 

 3         Case FIR No. 246/16 dated 08/09/16 U/S  279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S.  Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sunder  Lal  S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O  Gouda Gagal PO   Gagal Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that  on  08/09/16 when he was present his  home , in the  mean time he heard the noise  out side of his home and he rushed  to the spot and found that   a Santro Car(HP42-1396)   fell down  at about  300 feet downward  from the road   and  three person  who were boarded  said  car  sustained injuries. ASI  Khalil Ahmad I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating  the case.     

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING  WAY AND HURT

4          Case FIR No. 247/16 dated 09/09/16  U/S  341, 323, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Manohar Lal  S/O Sh. Himmat Ram R/O Chowki Chadrahan PO Riur Tehsil  Balh District Mandi (HP) that on 08/09/16  Bhanu S/O Sh. Ramesh Chand came alongwith his  friends,  obstructed his way and beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI  Bodh Raj I/C of PP Rewalsar is investigating the case.  

CASE  OF ROAD ACCIDENT

5          Case FIR No. 227/16 dated 09/09/16  U/S 279, 337 IPC &  U/S 187 MV Act has been registered in P.S.  Sadar on the complaint of Sh. Gagan  Kumar S/O Sh. Palu VPO Kummi Tehsil Balh District Mandi (HP) that  today  he alongwith   his  friend  were coming  from Manali by  a Car(HP31-0815)  and when  they  reached  near 6 Miles in the  mean time  a Bolero Jeep (PB31-P-2716)  came rashly from   opposite  side and  collided with   his    car  and  they  sustained  injuries.  HC  Yashpal I.O. of PP Pandoh is investigating the case.  

ARREST OF  ACCUSED IN PREVIOUS CASE

6          Accused Bhim  Singh  S/O Sh. Veer Singh R/O Balanda PO Lambathach Tehsil Thunag District  Mandi (HP)  aged 31 years old has been arrested  in Case FIR No.  134/16 dated 03/09/16  U/S  366, 376  IPC  of P.S. Gohar by  SI  Gopal Singh  Incharge  Police Post  Janjehli  and  he  has   produced  before  the Ld- Court JMIC  Gohar  today and   Ld – Court awarded   2 days   police  remand  upto 11/09/16.  

CHALLANS

7      303  Challans were issued under MV Act and Fine of Rs. 39,300/- was recovered, 10 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and Fine of Rs. 1100/- was recovered and 05 Challan were issued under Mining Act  and fine of Rs. 8600/-  was  recovered  during last 24 hours.
