CASE OF NDPS ACT

1        Case FIR No.  234/16 dated 13/09/16  U/S   20, 29  NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  by  HC  Nand Lal  No.  37  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar  that   intervening  night of  12-13/09/16  he   laid  a nakka  along with   other police officials at  Chowk  near Rest House Sundernagar and  during the  checking of  HRTC Bus (HP28A-1412)  he  recovered  104   Gram Charas (Cannabis) from the possession of  Abhay Walia S/O Sh. Inderjeet R/O  Jaral PO  Jugahan Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) aged  21 years old, Abhinay  Rana  S/O Sh. Kaptan Singh R/O  Nurpur District  Kangra aged 22 years old  &  Abhishek  Rathore  S/O Sh. Pardeep Rathore R/O  Maglet PO  Choutra  Tehsil   Sarkaghat District  Mandi (HP). All   said  accused have been arrested and  further investigation is being carried out by  HC  Nand Lal  No. 37 I.O. of  P.S.  Sundernagar .

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL   INTIMIDATION

2         Case FIR   No.  257/16 dated 13/09/16 U/S 341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sarkaghat on the   complaint of  Sh.  Raju   Sunar S/O Sh. Ram   Sunar R/O   Dumphetar  Basti Jamadarkhas  Mahal  Darjling  (West  Bengal)  presently  working as  labourer  in the   house of  Satya Parkash at Dhalwan . That on  13/09/16  Satya Parkash obstructed his way   and beat him up  and he sustained injuries.  S I Aswani  Kumar I/C  of PP  Hatli is investigating the case.  

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

3        Case  FIR No.  258/16 dated  13/09/16 U/S  341, 323, 504, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S.   Sarkaghat on the complaint of  Sh. Surrender Pal Guleria S/O Sh. Hajari Lal  R/O  Garli  P.O. Gharbasda Tehsil Sarkaghat  District  Mandi (HP) that  Kushal &  Pintu  both are the resident of same locality obstructed his way and beat him up  and he sustained injuries. ASI  Thakur Dass I.O.  of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

4          328 Challans were issued under MV Act and Fine of Rs. 40,000 /- was recovered, 19  Challans were issued under COTPA Act and Fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered and 01 Challan was issued under Mining Act   and  fine of Rs.  4600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
