CASE OF KIDNAPPING

1. Case FIR NO 133/16 Dated 15.09.2016 U/S 363 IPC has been registered in PS Karsog on the complaint of Sh. Kuldeep Kumar S/O Sh. Mitter Dev R/O Village Dhala, PO & Tehsil Karsog, District Mandi (HP) that his son namely Kuldeep Kumar aged 15 year old is missing since 14.09.2016. He also suspect that some unknown person kidnapped his son. ASI Swaroop Ram I/O PS Karsog is investigating this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT AND DEATH DUE TO RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT.

1. Case FIR No. 236/16 dated 15.09.2016 U/S 279, 304A IPC has been registered in PS Sadar  by ASI Hem Raj I/C PP Pandoh that intervening night of  14-15/09/2016 a truck ( HP68-3235) has rolled down from Dayod mod near Pandoh and fell down in the bank of  Beas   river  as a result driver of said  Truck  namely  Narayan Singh  S/O Sh.  Prittam Singh VPO  Kot  Palhari Tehsil  Nurpur  District  Kangra (HP) died on the spot. ASI Hem Raj I/C PP Pandoh of PS Sadar  is investigating this case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

1. Case FIR No. 235/16 dated 15/09/16 U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar  on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Swarn Singh  R/O VPO Sanoo Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur (HP) that on 15/09/16 at about 8:30 AM a Bus(HP28A-1538) came from Taleli side with  rashly and negligently  and  hit   to   Motor Cycle(HP31B-3598)  which was  was  ridden  by Sonu  Kumar  S/O Sh. Prabhu Ram  R/O  Kotlu PO Jambla Tehsil  Sundernagar  District  Mandi  age  24 years  old  and  pillion rider  namely  Ram Dhan  S/O Sh. Gokal  Ram  R/O  Jhandwani PO  Baroti Tehsil  Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) both sustained  injuries.  HC  Prabhakar Ram Sharma No.  872 I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.   

 CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

4          Case  FIR No.  259/16  dataed 15/09/16  U/S  279, 337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh.  Santosh  Kumar  S/O Sh. Jagdish  Chand  VPO  Jamni  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  that on 15/09/16  he was present  at Bus Stand Sarkahat  , in the mean time  a Bus (HP67-3725) came rashly and negligently, entered in  the Bus Stand and hit to Surender Kumar  S/O Sh. Roop Lal  VPO  Jamni  Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  as  a result he sustained injuries.  SI  Karanjeet Singh  I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat  is investigating the case.

5         379 Challans were issued under MV Act and Fine of Rs.  35600 /- was recovered, 17 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and Fine of Rs.1700 /- was recovered during last 24 hours.
