CRIME REPORT ON 26 SEP

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

1.       Case FIR No 144/16 Dated 26-09-16 U/S 451, 323, 504 IPC has been registered in PS Gohar on the complaint of Smt Meena Devi W/O Sh. Thakaru, R/O  Vill Chudara, PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot, District Mandi HP that on 26-9-16 when she was present in her home, in the mean time Smt. Tara Devi W/O Prem Chand Vill Chudara PO Nandi Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi came her courtyard,  abused her and beat her up due to which she sustained injury. HC Chaman Lal No 410 I/O PS Gohar is investigating this case.

CASE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

2.      Case FIR NO 105/16 DT 25-9-2016 U/S 283 IPC has been registered in PS Aut by HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I/O PS Aut that on 25.09.2016 when he was on patrolling along with other Police official at Jhalogi and during patrolling he found that   Sanjay Kumar S/O Sh. Bir Singh R/O Taula, PO Thalout, District Mandi HP laid rehari on road side which  caused obstruction to general public as well as traffic. HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I/O   PS Aut is investigating this case.   

 

CASE OF CRUELTY BY HUSBAND & HUSBAND'S RELATIVES & HURT.

3.       Case FIR No. 259/16 Dated 26.09.16 U/S 498A, 323 IPC has been registered in PS Balh on the complaint of a lady resident of  Village Darbehar, PO Rajwadi, Tehsil Balh,  District  Mandi HP that on 25.09.16 her husband Jagdish Chand harassed  her and beat her up due to which she sustained injuries and he also demanded  dowry.   HC Rajesh Kumar 64 I/O PS Balh is investigating this case.

CASE OF ND&PS ACT.

4.       Case FIR No. 82/16 Dated 26.09.2016 U/S 20 ND&PS Act has been registered in PS Dharmpur by HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 that on 26.09.2016 when he was patrolling alongwith other police official at Dharmpur bypass during the course of patrolling he recovered 279 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Ramesh Kumar S/O Sh. Dagu Ram R/O Village Bahri, PO Kot, Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi HP age 37 years. HC Sarwan Kumar No. 61 I/O PS Dharmpur is investigating this case.

CHALLANS

5.        127  Challans were issued under M.V.Act and fine of Rs. 15400/- was recovered and 28 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 3300 /-was  recovered  and 7 challans were  issued  under  Mining  Act and  fine of Rs. 6600/-   was  recovered during last 24 hours.
