CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 147/16 dated 01/10/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Gohar by SI Lal Singh Incharge CIA Mandi that on 01/10/2016 he was on patrolling alongwith other police officials at Janjehali bazaar and during patrolling he recovered 75 KG lahan and 1500 ML illicit liquor from the possession of Ram Lal S/O Sh. Prem Singh VPO Janjehali Tehsil Thunag Distt. Mandi (HP). SI Lal Singh Incharge CIA is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

2.     Case FIR No. 250/16 dated 01/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of Sh. Vikash S/O Sh. Ram BhajanR/O VPO Nighohi Tehsil Tilhar Distt. Sahajahanpur (UP) that a private bus (HP31D-4594) of Jai Sheetla Maa came from Slapper side very rashly and back tyre of said bus crushed the legs of Anil and he sustained injuries due to rash and negligent driving by driver of said bus namely Ram Swaroop. ASI Ram Lal Incharge P.P. Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF HURT

3.     Case FIR No. 264/16 dated 02/10/2016 U/S 325, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Suraj Kumar S/O Sh. Paras Ram R/O VPO Kummi Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 01/10/2016 Happy S/O Sh. Kaka Ram, Rocky   S/O Sh. Chaman Lal, Bauni S/O Sh. Kaka Ram and Viju S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O VPO Kummi beat him up and he sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 168/16 dated 02/10/2016 U/S 341,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Mast Ram S/O Late Sh. Dhogri Ram R/O Chakli (Dhanetar) PO Chountra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he alongwith his son Rajesh Kumar and daughter-in-law Smt.Swaro Devi were coming back to their home and on the way his another son namely Ramesh Chand obstructed his way and beat him up and wife of Ramesh Chand namely  Bandana also beat up his son  Rajesh Kumar and daughter-in-law Swaro Devi and they also threatened to them. HC Desh Raj No. 41 I.O. of P.P. Ghatta is investigating the case.

 CHALLAN

5.     142  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 15,200/-   was  recovered, 5 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.500/-   was   recovered and 5 challans were issued under Mining Act and fine of Rs.9500/- was recovered   during last 24 hours.
