CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND RIOTING
1 Case FIR No. 110/16 dated 08/10/16 U/S 341, 323, 452, 147, 149, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Durga Dass S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Traimbla PO Pandoh Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (HP) that on 07/10/16 he was coming from his native village to Mohal to attend the marriage ceremony and when he was present in his sister's home in the mean time some unknown persons entered in courtyard and beat him up and they also broke the glass of windows of his sister's home and he sustained injuries. HC Yoginder Pal No. 39 I.O. of P.S. Aut is investigating the case.
CASE OF CRIMINAL MISAPPROPRIATION, CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST AND CHEATING
2 Case FIR No. 280/16 dated 07/10/16 U/S 403, 406, 421,422, 424, 425 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Branch Manager of Himachal Gramin Bank, Branch office Cholthara Teshil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP) received U/S 153(3) Cr.P.C. by the Ld Court JMIC-Sarkaghat that during the year 2004 Shakti Singh S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Vill. & PO Jandharoo Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt Mandi (HP) has taken the loan Rs. 3,83,000/- from Himachal Gramin Bank for purchasing the tipper and document of said vehicle was also hypothecated with concerning bank . But borrower did not deposited the outstanding amount yet and said borrower also not producing the vehicle for inspection in front of Bank authority. SI Karanjeet Singh I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.
CHALLANS
268 Challans were issued under M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 30,300/- was recovered and 16 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1600/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
