CASE OF ROAD  ACCIDENT

1         Case FIR No. 256/16 dated 10/10/16 U/S 279, 337  IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint  of    Ravinder S/O Prahlad Ram R/O VPO Sarabai Tehsil Bhuntar District Kullu (HP) that  on 09/10/16   he was  travelling by HRTC  Bus (HP66A-1464) which was  on its route  from Manali to Shimla and carrying  36 passengers. At about 12:30 AM  while   the  bus reached  near  Bhavana  bridge,  in the mean time  driver of said  bus lost control over the bus due to rash and negligent  driving  and  fell down at about 20-25 feet downward from the road  as result  27 passengers   including  driver and conductor  sustained injures in this mishap.  Local police rushed  to the  spot  to rescue the injured  persons. Sh. Sanjeev Bhatia,  SDPO/Dy.S P  Sundernagar also visited the spot  and supervise the rescue operation. All the injured persons brought to Civil Hospital Sundernagar for treatment. Out of which two person have  been referred to Zonal Hospital Mandi for further treatment.   HC  Rajinder No. 908 I.O. of PP Slapper is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

2            Case  FIR No. 153/16 dated 10/10/16 U/S 147, 149, 447, 323, 506  IPC has been registered in P.S. Gohar on the complaint of  Smt. Kala Devi W/O Sh. Ashok Kumar R/O  Ghisti PO Jachh Tehsil Chachiot District Mandi (HP) that on 10/10/16  at about  7:30 AM when she was cutting the grass in her land, in the mean time Roop Lal S/O Tule Ram , Tule Ram S/O Jhalia , Punu S/O Jhalia , Lahod S/O Jhalia , Sanju S/O Jhaila all  the  resident of same locality entered in her land and  beat her up, she sustained injuries  and  they  also threatened her with dire consequences.  HC  Chaman Lal No. 410 I.O. of P.S. Gohar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

3          Case FIR No.254/16 dated 09/10/16 U/S451, 323, 504, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in  P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of   Miss  Yasmin D/O Sh. Bashir Kurashi R/O  VPO  Bhojpur Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi(HP)  that  on 09/10/16 Salim, Amaan, Anju & Rafic Mohammad entered in her courtyard  and  beat her up and  and also threatened her with dire consequences. ASI Brij Lal I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.  

 

 

 CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

 

 

4          Case FIR No. 255/16 dated 09/10/16 U/S 341, 504,506, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sundernagar on the complaint of  Sh. Mohammad Rafic S/O Sh. Ismail Mohd. R/O Dinak PO Kanaid Tehsil Sundernagar District Mandi (HP) that on 09/10/16 Yasmin , Rubia and  Muvshir  all the resident  of the same locality, entered in his land and  obstructed  his way and beat him  up and   they also threatened him with  dire consequences. HC Harbans Singh  No. 68  I.O. of P.S. Sundernagar is investigating the case.

 

CASE  OF  ROAD ACCIDENT

5         Case FIR No. 110/16 Dated 10/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in   P.S BSL Colony Sundernagar on the   complaint  of  Manohar Lal S/O Hari Ram Vill. Kulahar PO Takrehare Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur (HP)  that on dated 10/10/2016 at about 1.30am when he was sleeping in his truck No.(HP68-0529) near Sukh Dev Vatika   in  the mean time one Maruti Car (CH03K-3547)  came from Sundernagar side with rashly and  negligently  and hit his truck from  back side as   a result four persons  who  were  boarded  on  said  car  sustained  injuries. HC Vinod Kumar No. 883 I/O PS BSL Colony Sundernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION  

6         Case FIR No.  283/16 dated 10/10/16  U/S 451,  323, 506, 427, 34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Smt. Reeta Devi W/O Sh. Hem Raj R/O  Rayed P.O. Khahan Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (HP)  that today  she  was present in her  home,  in the mean time  Padamnabh  resident of  the same locality came along with his family members, entered in her  courtyard  and beat  her up  and they also threatened her  with dire consequences. HC Vijay Kumar  No. 866 I.O. of P.S. Sarkaghat is investigating the case.

7            173   Challans were issued unde M.V. Act and fine of Rs. 29,200/- was recovered and 19 Challans were issued under COTPA Act and fine of Rs. 1900/- was recovered during last 24 hours.
