CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, MISCHIEF & RIOTING

1. Case FIR No. 281/16 dated 18/10/2106 U/S 452,341,323, 427,435,447,147,149 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Nirmla Devi W/O Sh. Gurdas R/O Vill. Salwahan PO Chunahan Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2016 at about 11.30 PM four/five persons  were breaking shutter of her shop and they were also breaking pillar of their shop with tractor. She went on the spot along with her husband, her brother-in-law Sadhu Ram and her sister-in-law and when they objects, these all miscreants beat her along with her husband, brother-in-law and sister-in-law. She recognized two persons as  Shyam Lal  and Sant Ram S/O Kanah Ram R/O Salwahan. They also burnt their motorcycle.   HC Dharmender Singh No. 77 I/O of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF EXCISE ACT

1. Case FIR No. 282/16 dated 18/10/2016 U/S 39 of H.P. Excise Act has been registered in P.S. Balh by Deep Chand No. 910 I.O. of P.P. Rewalsar that today he laid nakka at Rewalsar bazaar and during the course of checking of  traffic he recovered 46 boxes of country liquor and 3 boxes of English wine from the possession of Kashmir Singh S/O Sh. Gopal Krishan R/O Serla Khabu PO Thina Galu Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP)

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT AND CRIMINAL INITIMIDATION

            Case FIR No. 180/16 dated 17/10/2016 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Munish Jamwal S/O Sh. Pritam Singh R/O Balakrupi PO & Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Fakir Chand R/O VPO Dohag Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) obstructed his way, beat him up and threatened him with dire consequences. HC Rajmal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF OBSTRUCTING WAY & HURT

1. Case FIR No. 181/16 dated 17/10/2016 U/S 342,323 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Smt. Meena Devi W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar R/O Vill. Majwar PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2016  her husband Pawan Kumar   beat her up and also locked her inside the room of their  house. HC Raj Mal No. 875 I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RIOTING, OBSTRUCTING WAY, HURT, ASSAULT & CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 286/16 dated 18/10/2016 U/S 147,149,341,323,355,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of Sh. Ajeet Singh S/O Sh. Brij Lal R/O Vill. Chuhku PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2016 at 06.15 PM Bidhi Chand, Meera Devi, Reeta Devi, Inder Raj and Shakunta Devi obstructed his way and beat him up and also threatened him with dire consequences. SI Ashwani Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

1. Case FIR No. 287/16 dated 18/10/2016 U/S 354A, 323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sarkaghat on the complaint of a lady resident of Vill. Chuhku PO Paunta Tehsil Sarkaghat Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 17/10/2016 Ajeet Kumar S/O Sh. Brij Lal beat her up and also tried to outrage her modesty. SI Ashwani Kumar Incharge P.P. Hattli is investigating the case.

1. 63  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs.6200/-   was  recovered    during last 24 hours.
