CRIME REPORT ON 03 OCT

CASE OF NDPS ACT

1.     Case FIR No. 247/16 dated 02/10/2016 U/S 20 of NDPS Act has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi by ASI Hem Raj I/C P.P. Pandoh that on 02/10/2016 he laid nakka along-with other police officials at Saula and during nakka he recovered 810 gram cannabis (charas) from the possession of Raju S/O Sh. Payar Singh R/O VPO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP). ASI Hem Raj Incharge P.P. Pandoh is investigating the case.

CASE OF MOLESTATION, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

2.     Case FIR No. 248/16 dated 03/10/2016 U/S 354,354A,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Sadar Mandi on the complaint of a girl resident of R/O Vill Konn PO Kot Tehsil Kotli Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 03/10/2016 Aman Manhas and his friend Rishu used un-parliamentary language and they also beat her up. SI Vikas Kumar I.O. of P.S. Sadar Mandi is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH AND NEGLIGENT ACT

3.     Case FIR No. 169/16 dated 02/10/2016 U/S 336,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Prem Singh S/O Sh. Kanhya Lal R/O Vill. Balakrupi PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) he along with his wife Rama Devi and  mason Rajinder Kumar were working on the roof of first floor of his house  in the mean time his nephew Suresh Kumar attacked upon them with stones and they sustained injuries. ASI Rajesh Kumar I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF RASH &  NEGLIGENT ACT AND CRIMINAL INTIMIDATION

4.     Case FIR No. 170/16 dated 02/10/2106 U/S 336,337,504,506,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Jogindernagar on the complaint of Sh. Suresh Kumar S/O Sh. Sansar Chand R/O Balakrupi PO Jalpehar Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that  Prem Singh  along with his both sons namely Ajay Kumar & Anil Kumar attacked upon him and he sustained injuries. SI Pritam Singh I.O. of P.S. Jogindernagar is investigating the case.

CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION

5.     Case FIR No. 265/16 dated 02/10/2016 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Smt. Bhawani Devi W/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O VPO Balt she was present along with her mother-in-law in her courtyard, in the mean time Dum Ram S/O Sh. Dhana R/O Balt and his wife came in her courtyard and they both beat up her and her mother-in-law. HC Dharmender No. 77 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

6.     Case FIR No. 266/16 dated 02/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Singh S/O Sh. Todar Ram R/O Vill. Chowki Chandrahan PO Riyur Tehsil Balh Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 02/10/2016 Jagesar Singh, Parvati Devi and Gaura Devi wee travelling by car (HP65B-8100) from Kotli towards their home and when they reached near Ropa, driver of above mentioned car lost control over it and fell down from the road and they sustained injuries. ASI Bodh Raj incharge P.P. Rewalsar is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

7.     Case FIR No. 267/16 dated 03/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Sunder Lal R/O VPO Baldwara Distt. Mandi that on 03/10/2016 he was going Mandi by his scooty (HP33D-6022) and when he reached at Nerchowk, a M/Cycle (HP33C-8687) hit his scooty and he fell down on the road and sustained injuries. ASI Shamsher Singh I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT

8.     Case FIR No. 268/16 dated 03/10/2016 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Dines Kumar S/O Sh. Tulsi Ram R/O VPO Narla Tehsil Padhar Distt. Mandi (HP) that he was crossing the road at Lunapani, in the mean time a M/Cycle (HP31-8496) came very rashly and hit his mother-in-law namely Nanki Devi who sustained injuries. HC Raj Kumar No. 49 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case.

CHALLAN

9.     132  challans  were issued under    M.V. Act    and  fine of Rs. 20,100/-   was  recovered, 9 challans   were  issued  under COTPA and  fine of Rs.1400/-   was   recovered   during last 24 hours.
